City Hotel Nebo Copenhagen

The Hotel Nebo was a good value for the price,,,if you just want an inexpensive place to stay in Cobenhavn...The rooms are not large, but adequate,,,the bed was small but comfortable, the staff was very helpful...Their breakfast is a tremendous value at 60kr...and some days I didn't have to eat until dinner is was so good... its location is an asset if you are traveling by rail as it is less than a block from Cobenhavn Central station... and it is reak close to Tivoli, many great restaurants, and all the sights of the old city...its a 10 minote walk from the Stroget shopping and a very nice Mall...I highly recommend this hotel to the traveler on a budget...

I booked this hotel because of the economical price as shown by various internet websites. I knew the layout of Copenhagen and I wanted a place near the central train station. It is only half a block away! It is a great place, friendly helpful and professional personnel, free computer use in the lobby (otherwise like everything else in Europe WiFi access is ehorbitantly expensive) and the breakfast is very good, substantial, the fresh-baked and still-warm bread & buns something to always remember! I stayed in shared-bath level and never had to wait for facilities, even though the hotel was booked full my 4 days there. Small room, small bed, but a clean room, clean facilities, no air conditioning... something between a clean motel (but not smelly) and a youth hostel (but no fleas or bedbugs), a fantastic value, even for families! Might as well save money on lodging because EVERYTHING in Europe is so blasted pricey. This is the best value in Scandanavia, yet pleasant and quite adequate. Also not too far from Little Mermaid, Nyhavn, Tivoli Garden. Right now August 2011 lots of construction around Town Square.

Simple but comfortable hotel. No frills, but that is expected from the price. Very conveniently located near the train station, if you are travelling by train (or taking the train to the airport). Easy walk to most of the main sights and very close to Tivoli.

This is a basic European hotel that works great if you are using the train for transportation. You must book the number of people sharing the room to ensure you have the right bed configuration. They do NOT take anything other than Danish kroner or an ATM/credit card WITH a PIN. The room was comfortable and centrally located.

City Hotel Nebo is a good hotel. I recommend that you stay there, particularly if you're on a tight budget. The hotel is just a short walk from the main Copenhagen train station--and I mean short (like five minutes or less). It's also very close to Tivoli Gardens--one of Copenhagen's main attractions. Staff members were friendly and helpful. All spoke good English. Public areas were comfortable and attractive. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was tasty. City Hotel Nebo is not an elegant hotel but it is clean, well-run, and conveniently located. A good neighborhood hotel.

City Hotel Nebo Copenhagen was a really inexpensive place to stay. It was quiet and very clean. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located to many of the major sights.
