Very nice value at a great location
I was at Copenhagen for a short business trip - why would I be there in early January! I arrive early and no room was available to check in. The staff, a girl who started that morning - gave me access to an isolated bathroom to clean up and get ready for my work day. I left my luggage at the hotel and went to meet my colleague at another hotel. His room was best described as "cozy" and I was expecting the same when I got back late in the evening for my room. I was surprised to find a spacious room that we are used to getting in medium sized US towns. The next surprise was breakfast. It was really good - even in European standard. Loved and would recommend the place for just that. I had only a little time to walk around before my mid afternoon flight and the staff helped me with finding the places around that are worth visiting. It was not their fault that it was foggy and drizzling ....

Great location
We only stayed one night but felt the location was great in terms of access to Tivoli, Central Station, and plenty of restaurants and shops. They have a very cool restaurant and courtyard on site. The place has a modern Scandinavian design. My one complaint is that the rooms are stuffy because there is no air conditioning --- which is the case a lot of places in Copenhagen. The weather outside was temperate at night but since my room faced a noisy main street, keeping the window open was not an option. If you ask for a courtyard room, you can avoid this problem. Having stayed at other European hotels, I would say this one is above average.

Staff was helpful and friendly, but the hotel itself is average, at best. Rooms and hallways looked a little shabby. Location was great for being walking distance to many attractions in Copenhagen, but it is on a busy, noisy, main street.

Good location a few blocks from train station. Great breakfast, nice small lobby bar. Rooms away from the room are very quiet, with good room darkening curtains. Main complaint was room cleanliness which could be easily fixed. Nice modern shower had mold on the tile joints. Toilet dirty. Beautiful wood floor, but dust in the corners and under the bed was terrible.

Excellent value
Hotel staff very accomodating as we arrived prior to 3:00 p.m. check in time. Room smaller than expected by American standards but very clean. Would recommend to anyone staying over in Copenhagen in this central area.

Tourist Hotel
Great location, friendly staff, good breakfasts. The beds are not for sore backs and the rooms have an awful smell from the bathroom drains
