The Square Hotel Copenhagen

The hotel is a modest facility for the money spent. It is nicely located close to central station and is at the start of the main tourist attractions.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Square. I spent 8 nights there and felt really comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I was expecting a small room, but was pleasantly surprised. Plus, the location is great! A very easy walk from the train station and many major attractions. My only complaint is that the rooms still don't have Wifi! However, I had my laptop and they provided me with an ethernet cable, so I still had good internet access.

Hotel is in a great location, 2 blocks from the Copenhagen train station and across from Tivoli Gardens and the Town Hall. Room was small and wish they had a coffee maker in the room. 7-11 at the corner so that took care of my caffeine needs. Convenient to metro stations and bus lines.

Well looked after , great staff all went well. Just near central station, Airport to Central is Easy.

This hotel is just 2 blocks from the main Copenhagen train station. It's an very easy walk. It's also just one block from the main entrance of Tivoli and one block from the main shopping street in Copenhagen. The hotel is very clean, and staff is competent and helpful. The exception is the "concierge" who really the bell boy. They have bar service in the lobby and prices are average for Copenhagen. The elevators are on the small side but they are very speedy. The rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms are really hip, Danish modern. The hotel is part of a boutique hotel chain that appears to have a high quality standard. There are lots and lots of restaurants and bars within the same block or within a block of the hotel. All in all a good value, clean very cool hotel with a really great location.

Arrived at the hotel at 9 am after being on a 7 day cruise. The staff at the hotel was very friendly giving us exact directions and suggestions for doing some sightseeing until our room was ready. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was located close to the train stations, museums, restaurants, the Stroget shopping area, the Nyhavn canal area, Tivoli, basically everything you want to see while in Copenhagen. Only a block away from the Hop On Hop Off bus tours. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Best place to stay in Copenhagen, right next door to Tivoli and the heart of the shopping district, you can walk everywhere. Some of the staff was friendly, some not so much. The phone in the room didn't really work and the sink leaked onto the floor. We rented bikes from the hotel and that turned out to be a good deal and the bikes were in excellent shape.

Overall a fair experience. Location is convenient to Tivoli and the train station. After visiting Copenhagen, we would prefer something in the Kongens Nytorv area. Room was cramped. Difficult with two suitcases. I had to carry my wife's across the foot of the bed due to narrowness of room. Mattress was so soft and unstable I didn't dare move. Only provided comforter, no sheet so you are either too warm or cold. We discovered that getting an in room coffee service required an upgrade. Free wi-fi is available, but only in lobby or breakfast room.
