Grand Paradise Samana - All Inclusive

Grand Paradise in Samana was amazing!!!!!. Peaceful, beautiful beach, amazing food, service and staff was awesome. I went from puerto plata to Samana for a few nights in Samana - what a difference. you can relax with hardly any veach vendors bothering you............Thanx to all at Grand Paradise......heaven on earth!!!!!!..............DC

We had a very good time, although the driving from Santo Domingo to saman was quite long ( more than 3 hours) Staff is very helpul, food is good, price is perfect.

Secluded, beautiful, and romantic beach! Not nearly as crowded as Punta Cana. The perfect location for couples. Staff was extremely friendly and truly seemed to enjoy serving and assisting us. We had a great time. If we go back to the Dominican Republic this is the hotel that we will go to.

It was a good trip. It was a difficult and long road but we made it. We did several off site trips to nearby beaches and other points of interest. we specially liked the Cayo Levantado trip by boat; there is a beautiful beach in the small island. They should have a bigger and active non smoking eating area. we had a crowded place to eat (non smokers) and usually did not get the same attention as the smokers. I was also desappointed by the fact that local guests are often treated unequal than foreigners even though they were paying the same. The rooms should also be designated smoking and non smoking. We requested a non smoking room, but got one with an ashtray by the balcony and there was a smell of cigars. we enjoy our stay, bu would like you to consider our comments. Thanks

The staff seen very unhappy, like they don´t like their job. I will not go back there.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Nice beaches, food was discent. Good value for your dollar.

overall experience was quite good. could have been improved with better info of activities. at the time we went, the road for the last 20 miles from Samana to the hotel was poor. we drove rented car. car rental was a great way to go. fyi - U.S. citizens. most guest were French or German. Not an issue. Just fyi.

The hotel was great, but was 4 hours from the airport Orbitz sold us land transportation to a hotel 30 minutes from the airport so we could not use the voucher when we call Orbitz the say was our fault and there was noting they could do so we end paying $410.00 extra dollars to get to the hotel, because if we cancel the trip they were to take $800.00 dollars as penalty for late cancellation

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e se torniamo senz'altro andremo nello stesso hotel. Ha una animazione spettacolare. Come cucina ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il mare è stupendo. Il giardino è curatissimo. La piscina viene pulita continuamente. Il personale gentile, socievoli e sempre sorridenti. UM PARAD....
