The hotel is run down, paint chipping, worn look, and horribly outdated cooling system- average room temperature was 78-84 degrees. Electrical and internet system also less than reliant. Staff seemed professional and courteous, but at the mercy of a facility that just doesn't measure up.

In need of much improvement, then maybe.
The AC, not up-to-date. Needs upgrading. The beds were rather small and the sheets were not fresh at all. Very poor lighting.The room we got as part of the package was soo poor that we requested a different room, at a higher fee. That new room had a terrace right over the kitchen and the smell was unbearable. The maintnance crew was called twice, to repair a bathroom faucet and at least three times to fix the safety deposit box. The only thing possitive as far as were concerned was the staff. They were very polite and quite accomodating.
