Radisson Royal Quito Hotel

The hotel itself does not seem to be that centrally located to shopping, but it is in a quiet neighborhood. The room's furnishings were a little worn for what would be considered a four to five star hotel, but the employees' service more than makes up for it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Very eager to serve. The doorman actually helped us book a full-day tour in a private car. We felt very safe and secure, considering we were two women in a foreign country. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to travel to Quito.

This hotel provided me with a very comfortable stay after a late night arrival in Quito. I had made arrangements with the hotel directly over the phone before hand to be picked up from the airport. The staff were all very friendly and the accommodations are more than I expected. They even gave me a razor and shaving cream at no charge. The room service is fast, although the portions were small for the price.The shower was very nice, as was the gym. My only complaint is that this hotel is extremely expensive compared to others in Ecuador, but then again, it is luxury at its finest. If you have the money to splurge, seriously consider staying here.

Great stay. We had booked a standard room but without asking we were upgraded to a business suite. The room was incredible. Very spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel located off a busy street but near. Cab service from the hotel very polite and reasonable compared to taxis in Quito that are abusive.

Staying with family in Quito for vacation and decided to have a "Date Night" with the wife. Stayed in a Royal Suite and was thoroughly impressed with the room, the service and the location!

I found this hotel on your site and am very satisfied with the value I received. This was pleasure travel leading up to several days of business in the city of Guayaquil. I appreciated the free shuttle service from the airport upon my arrival. The concierge was very helpful in helping me arrange my time visiting two museums and taking a ride on the cable car that overlooks this high city. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed the very ample and exotic breakfast both mornings and feel it was a good value. After check-out I used the baggage storage service, as well. Best of all I really got some work done on my forthcoming speech and much correspondence in the quiet room with complementary high speed internet service. There are fancier hotels in Quito, but the staff at this one--- cooks, desk staff, the concierge, drivers, and the drivers and guides suggested by the concierge couldn't be better.

The hotel is not bad, however there are other options in the same city that are less axpensive and better

We booked this Hotel because of their special of two nights for the price of one for a two room suite. The suite was a great deal except when we checked in we were told of extra room charges in addition to what we had already been charged thru Orbitz. This is a modern Hotel and very nice. The buffet was okay but expensive. Order room service and save money.

The staff wasvery helpful . Their help with arraning a tour on short notice was great

this is a very nice hotel in a great central Quito location. the hotel looks like it has had some recent updates and they were painting the outside of the building when we arrived. the doormen were ALWAYS very friendly and sincere. the service level at this hotel was exceptional. sometimes the language barrier got in the way, but all staff were patient and fairly well versed in English. the concierge was very knowledgeable about places to go and the tour company to contact. all service was prompt, the hotel was clean, the dining was above average. and the 2 for 1 happy hour at the lobby bar just made my day! yeah, i'd go back!
