Good value for price
- stayed close to airport as we would leave back in the early morning, and Cairo traffic can be a disaster - free shuttle bus to airport - swimming pool is a nice to have with 42 degrees celsius - unfortunately, the fitness room was not open (upgrade) - room was clean! - nice breakfast

Novotel Cairo Airport
Waited for services for long time. Promissed to get in-room services but I was ignored and never got the service. Waited for food from resturant for long time and I had to ask for it 3 times.

Ok, but not outstanding
Check in staff were not the most friendly. Seem to have poor regard for females, but perhaps this is cultural, though annoying. The man ignored me and served /talked with others (men) while he was eventually attending to me

Good loacated for short business trips
I was staying with a friend of mine and most of the time we were taking tours about the city . So we used the hotel just to spend the night and to take shower. And for such occasions this is a good place. It is neat, with a pool to refresh yourself after the hot day and easy to get to any part of Cairo. But if you want to have a long term vocations it's better to stay in the hotel with more facilities.

I spent one night at Novotel hotel close to Cairo International Airport, and their service were convenient to my needs, and i shall return again and book same hotel for similer trips. k

Novotel Cairo Airport Hotel
Great location (several minutes via the shuttle) if arriving on a late flight or leaving on an early flight. Clean, decent rooms, nothing fancy. Decent restaurant options in the hotel and very nice breakfasts. Nice pool. You would not want to stay here to see Cairo and the Pyramids but a great transit hotel.

In Hotel
If renting a car call Avis--hey will deliver and pick up the car at the hotel. You will not want to drive in Cairo but the location of the Novotel allows easy access to the Ring Road, which gets you to the Pyramids without city traffic, or to the Suez Rd. if driving east.
