The 4 star hotel Novotel Cairo El Borg is situated in the heart of Cairo, with a panoramic view over the river Nile and the city of Cairo. Nice hotel in good area

This place is well located, the room are clean and the staff are good with the exception of the Travel Agency, though that is a franchise anyway and not directly employed by the hotel.

Christmas in Cairo

Good 4-star value for money. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Everything works. The gym and the pool are not big, but sufficient for a little relaxation. Only gripe was quality of breakfast, all rather run-of-the-mill. Well situated 300 metres from metro.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

Walk up the road running along the Nile to the second bridge ( road of 26th July) for good shops, bars, restaurants.
