the employee of cleaning was very

the employee of cleaning was very bad.. the room didn't has bath robe ,shoes for bath ,teeth brush and water heater,the the Refrigerator was closed, the meals in ala' aldean resturant wasn't delicious

立地は何処に行くにも便利。 ただ、部屋に置かれていたミネラ

立地は何処に行くにも便利。 ただ、部屋に置かれていたミネラルウォーターが高い！(ウェルカムドリンクかと思ったら有料) インターネットは有料で使えるが分かりにくい(IDとパスワードx2種類を渡されるが)どこでどれを入れればよいのかがわかりずらい！ また、部屋に置かれていたアイロンを使ったら、鉄錆？が付いていて、白色のチノパンに汚れが付いてしまい、再度洗いなおす事になってしまいました。(結局少し跡がついたまま) 直前に宿泊したメリディアンホテルが良かっただけに、その他さまざまな部分で不満を感じまし 。

滞在には何の問題もなかったが、夜中の到着だったのでホテルに二

滞在には何の問題もなかったが、夜中の到着だったのでホテルに二回メールを送り迎えを頼んだのだが返事は全くなかった。チェクインのときにそのことを言ったら謝るどころか電話すべきだったと言われた。ちなみに日本のリザベーションに電話したら、シェラトン経由の予約以外には対応できないと素っ気ない回答だった。
