Maintenance work was being carried out for summer season, but all facilities were clean and work not intrusive. Facilities and staff were excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Security was a priority and we felt very secure

Was perfect. It"s my tenth trip to Sharm al Sheikh. Red sea is the best.

We stayed for three days, coming in from our vacation in Cairo. We had seen all the great places in Cairo and heard about the diving in the Red Sea. The place was a great get away from Cairo....great pools, rooms were incredible and so was the service. I would skip the pools and take the schuttle that runs to the Red Sea ( please note the ocean isn't far away from the place the resort is just huge and sits on the ocean and the schuttles run every 15 minutes) The ocean is just great to swim in and so clear you can see colorful fish swimming around you.. The Dive Club a part of the hotel was great also..The place is a great find!! The only down side for us was the food, if you enjoy the cruise type buffet, this is your place, you will feel like you never left home. You can probably slip into town for some more delicious and exotic food...

Lovely hotel, with a very nice facilities, although reception was the least helpful all the other staff were very friendly & helpfull I think they have a very nice pools but the downside is that they all less than 1.5m depth, but nice pools though

This hotel was superb, we will definiately return, hopefully next year! The staff and service was excellent, extremely friendly. As well as the buffet restaurant, an excellent Italian, Egyptian and Chinese restaurant, all with lovely food. The beach and snorkelling off the reef was good with lots of fish to see, including a 6 ft Eel! There is plenty for children to do, activies all day around the pool, and if you want a quiet evening an adults only bar serving cocktails was great fun. Definately worth a trip.

The hotel consists of several buildings spread over a hill down to the Red Sea. The views are spectacular. My room was sparsely furnished but immaculate as was the whole property. The hotel has four restaurants and several bars so there is choice of meals. The government would not allow swimming off the pier due to the shark scare;however, I do go on a boat trip to go snorkeling, which was fabulous. This trip was relaxing and as good as any that I have taken.

All the staff was very friendly and nice! Great customer service. Food was good. Rooms were well cleaned. Everyone was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again!

A quiet place very close to the airport. The food was okay if not too varied. Friendly staff. The room was cleaned in the morning. Easy check-in and check-out. Enough room on the beach. The sea is just great. Good value for money.

Purpose of my trip was just to relax in peace and this hotel is perfect for that.
