Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort

Absolutely brilliant, enjoyed the location and my room was only a minute walk from the beach. Excellent facilities but the gym was not to the standard of the hotel. Also I loved the restaurants in the hotel. My most favorite part of the hotel was the infinity pool and their amazing moijito's , never had better any where else in the world. Great place to take your special someone, I know my special someone won't forget that incredible week we spend in the hilton.

there were ants all over my room when i first arrived. that was really the only bad thing.

The hotel general faciliies are Ok and the location is excellent, however the room maintenance is not that good as expected in this kind of Hotel. The breakfast too poor with little options. The sun chairs at the beach need urgent replacement many of them are in bad shape.

Prime location to everything, above and beyond service only down fall rooms arent amazing they are alright.

After an experience with another Hilton hotel across the street that was horrible, I was hoping this would be better. They far exceeded my hopes. I was met at check-in with kindness. At the previous hotel, I was given a room in the back with mold growing and construction downstairs. THIS time, I was welcomed, shown two different rooms and given my choice (one was large but far away, the other small but near reception with a view of the sea). Even better, both were non-smoking. The staff in reception checked with me to be sure everything was in good working order and to see if I had any needs. Beds were amazingly comfortable, a nice change again from the previous hotel. My room was very clean. I spent my days on a boat going snorkeling and watching the dolphins play in the sea. Hilton Fayrouz had no problem with my using a hotel towel to take on the boat (at the "other" Hilton I had been told the towel could not leave the hotel), and asked if I wanted one or two! :) Breakfast was wonderful, on time, and the staff was very kind. My room was cleaned in the morning, ready for me upon my return from snorkeling. The day of my check-out, I was going out on a boat again. The Hilton staff allowed me to still borrow a towel for the boat even though I had checked out, and they kept my luggage in the luggage room all day for me. Upon my return, they made arrangements for me to use the fitness center for a shower before I had to leave for the airport. While there, friends came to meet me in reception, and were welcomed also by the Hilton staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I will be choosing the Hilton Fayrouz over the other hotels, including the other Hiltons, in Sharm from now on.

Excellent stay at the Hilton Fayrouz resort. Perfect location for anyone looking to be close to Naama bay for the nightlife and all the dive centers.

excellent hotel, 5 stars service, staff nice, polite and very professionel, food excellent, I was allowed for late check out till 1900pm for $60 for a junior suite , they offered special add on half board at a reduced 50%.This is my 5th time at this hotel, u are treated like a king, I highly recommend Hilton Feyrouz.
