The Barclay Hotel is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay for holidaymaker and businessmen. Being in the centre of the city, we are close to all the main sights, including Tartu University, the Town Hall the "Vanemuine" theatre, as well as banks and shopping centres. The house was built in 1912 by Kessler and Pohlman and rebuilt into hotel in 1995. From 1944 to 1992 it was the Headquarters of the Red Army.

- The Barclay hotel in the very heart of Tartu is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay for holidaymakers and businessmen. The regional headquarters of Swedpank is just next door, and other banks within 50metres walking range. Just 40metres away from the Town Hall.

The restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday, from 12:00 to 22:00. From Friday to Saturday it is open from 12:00 to 24:00. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 11:00 at weekends.
