Holiday Inn HELSINKI CITY CENTRE

Stayed in executive room. Very comfortable. Staff on Reception staff lovely , very friendly and helpful. Excellent English. Room service too limited time available and restaurant expensive. Lots of cafes and good restaurants nearby. Internet free but very slow ! Sauna clean and small . No one there so good to relax . The bus and boat tours a must. Ask the staff. Hotel beside bus station ( bus to airport few steps away and cheap ) and rail station.

Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast, modern rooms, but on a very hot day our room's air conditioner did not do the job, so they gave us a fan. Easy bus route to/from the airport via a Finnair shuttle for 6.3 euros. Business center with internet access.

Excellent location. Polite service. Quiet room, none of traffic voices. The room was totally dark with blinding curtains!

Great location if traveling by train and taking a bus to the airport. Otherwise, facilities were adequate, and price quite reasonable for a hotel of this class.

Great stay- nicer building than what you would expect from a Holiday Inn- very nice architecture. Clean rooms with everything you would expect. Very good breakfast. Central location with great access to the airport. But takes off 50 meters from the front door for 5 euros.

Hotel was in great central position, all means of transport readily available, only downside was that my reservation for a room with 2 single beds was not allocated and had to have a different room because hotel was full, but as this was an upgrade it was acceptable

We stayed for a night and wanted to be near to the Central Railway Station and this hotel is ideal as it is right next to it. The Airport bus sent us directly to this hotel too. There is a suana from 6pm to 8pm and the Internet WiFi at hotel lobby and Business Center is free. We got double bed room to squeeze 2 adults and 2 child and the bed was hard but comfortable. Our room overlooking the railway lines and the noise level was low. So we had a good night sleep. Shower was a standing shower with strong water flow. The WiFi did not work in the room so we have to go to lobby but it was free so its ok for us. Our package did not include breakfast so we ate at the McDonald which is 100m away. The hotel is accessable to all the shopping areas in the city, very convenient indeed. Overall it has met our satisfaction for price, comfort and convenient.

I know this hotel before and that is why I came back

This a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offered a remarkably wide selection from which to choose. The hotel is adjacent to the main train station, giving access to the city sights and transport to the airport and to other cities. In summary, an excellent place to stay in Helsinki.

The hotel is very good, the rooms were very clean and the location was the best for our trip. People at the reception desk were warm and very helpful. I definitly wood go back there.
