Great value and location
Hotel staff was outstanding - very helpful. They made dinner reservatoins, cab reservations and allowed us to check in a little early. Location was very convenient to all local transportation and walking to city center.

I was very happy with this hotel.
I was very happy with this hotel. The Hotel is just near the station and airport bus. The breakfast was excellent and it was very good value for a nights accommodation with breakfast.

The location is great with first class accomodations, nearby restaurants and things to see, and a beautiful park up the street about 50 meters.

There're a Nepalese Restaurant and a Mayan one just around the corner. Avoid the Nepalese one; it's awful, bad food, bad wine and bad service.

Beds were a bit hard but the room
Beds were a bit hard but the room was spacious as was the bathroom which had very nice lighting. And for once the hairdryer had enough power. Everything was clean. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Great ambiance
I stayed for one night for business in Helsinki. The location is an easy walk from the central railway station at the city center, yet is on a quiet street with little traffic. I was greeted by friendly, multilingual staff at the desk. My room was a combo of very modern yet funky/retro interior and appliances. Room was very quiet and clean.

Enjoyable weekend ! The whole family was served well. If something to be mentioned/ improved: could be more tableware and cups etc on the breakfast- something was all the time lacking. The weekend room could be cleaned earlier than around 5 p.m. Anyhow very nice and cosy hotel just in the midlle of everyhthing.Recommended!

Best hotel of our journey!
This was a great hotel. We were in Europe for two months and stayed in a dozen hotels, and this was the best! The service was truly first class. This was the only hotel where questions like, "what do you recommend for a walk/view" were answered with lots of possibilities and details. They even helped us to get the best deal on the ferry to Stockholm. The location is brilliant. It is on the bus terminal side of the main train station, and the bus from the airport comes directly there. Immediate access to city center with lots of bars and restaurants very close. Location is central and you can walk anywhere in the city within about 45 minutes. The rooms were very thoughtfully designed, in an expected Scandinavian style. This was my wife's favorite hotel room. A refrigerator in the room for beers. It has A/C, which I don't care for (the windows don't open) and is quite frankly not necessary in Finland. Rooms have a good work area and free wifi. Great bathroom. The breakfast is very good.

Check out the Kauppatori or Hakaniemem Kauppahalli. They are farmer's markets, but they have outstanding, very local food at very reasonable prices. They're fun for shopping too.
