Perfect location
Having stayed in the hotel many times times knew what to expect. Room little tight for two people for 10 days. Breakfast is great and sitting in bar area very relaxing. There seems to be very limitted staffing as getting someone on the phone took many calls and time. Housekeeping was sloppy but bathroom was clean and towels changed regularly. Location is the best with easy access to public transportation and center.

A fine week in Helsinki..
They've taken care of all the things that really matter--morning breakfast was excellent, room design and amenities were great (even our 'standard' room was just fine) and if you're planning to see Helsinki, the central location was perfect. Even taxi arrangements at 4:15am went without a hitch. We'd stay again. (This isn't a 'canned' review--I'm a real tourist!)

Fantastic Hotel!
The hotel was conveniently located, extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The next time I visit Helsinki, I will try them again!

On tour in the Baltics
This hotel was situated conveniently amid everything I had intended to see. Easy walks to the rail station and the harbor. The light rail stop is just outside the front door. The breakfast buffet was nice but get there early.

great location
This is an aging quality hotel which is still a good choice but has lost its edge. New management could turn it into a great place. Boiled and scrambled eggs at breakfast seem to be all cooked at 6:30 a.m. and allowed to chill all morning until there are none left. Still I enjoyed staying there.

great place near center!
we stayed here for five days at the end of a month long trip throughout europe- it was a great place to stay! close to everything- public transportaion; train station, trams, buses. perfect location!

Very noisy
It was saturday night. Block pavement road noises mixed with tram and elevator sounds. Also, there was disco club nearby with bass and drums. So, if you can sleep with all these, this hotel is for you, the rest features are ok.

Fabulous Hotel.Superbly situated.
I was there on a sightseeing trip.Great shopping,everything in walking distance.The weather was surprisingly hot!

Very clean scandinavian design
The experience was outstanding. I went there for vacation, and had a great time. The rooms were modern, clean, & comfortable. The staff was helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet was very good. Compared to other trips I have taken this is one the best.
