The Chateau also offers rooms with a view of either the seashore, the pool, or garden. An outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is at guests disposal, as well as a sunbathing area. In summer, the bar takes to the outdoors, around the pool and Jacuzzi, and in turn these last two become the focal point of the hotel. Sunny days call for a cocktail under the sun, lounging on a deckchair. Along with this the hotel provides amenities like Dry cleaning, Room service-24 hrs, Safe deposit box, Beauty Spa with the brand "GEMOLOGY COSMETICS", Bar, Internet access- High-Speed, Internet access-Wireless, Solarium, Laundry service, Billiards, Lift / Elevator, Swimming pool-outdoor, Lobby, Non-smoking rooms, Concierge, Parking facilities-at cost, Meeting Facilities, Pets allowed, Disabled facilities, Reception, Doctor on call. City tax of 1.30/day/person to be collected on check out time. Following our maintenance requiring the closure of the pool area of the hotel until 15 May 2012 inclusive, we wish to inform you that we provide our customers the pool at our villa, as well as being that of the outer hotel and unheated. We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Chateau in Cannes

My favorite decor of the 5 places we stayed! True French furnishings. The room was clean and cozy, even with a second bed for our teenage daughter. The towel boy/bartender took great care of us when we needed. The distance to the beach wasn't too bad but the hills may make it difficult for older people. The Chateau was charming and a great value for Cannes! Would stay there again if I return to Cannes.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Restaurants were within walking distance, but when dressed up at night we chose to drive our rental car to the public parking near the marina. We had too many restaurants to choose from and enjoyed walking along the beach and marina to the shopping district near the Ritz Carlton.
