very convenient

The room was clean and right next to the train station. The staff spoke enough English to be helpful and explained the tram system to us. It was the nicest room for the best price that we stayed in during a 16 day trip.

I checked in after 9.30pm, was

I checked in after 9.30pm, was greeted by a cheerful female reception staff and in less than 5 minutes, got my keycard and was in my room. Everything was in perfect condition. Free in-room wi-fi, which not many hotels in France provide. It was so good to have a great hotel close by the train station as my next morning train to Paris was at 6.15am. The hotel breakfast only starts at 6am (not a big issue) but could not provide simple take away for people who has to check out earlier(could be a piece of fruit or bread or a cup of coffee). I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Staff, great location

The best think about Novotel in Lyon Part Dieu is the staff. They have a gentleman at the desk named [...] who went above and beyond to help us when we had trouble returning our car to Eurocar. He was able to converse in English also which helped us since our French is limited.

Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare

Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la posizione vicino a molti punti di interesse, facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi, la struttura e gli arredamenti moderni e accoglienti, la professionalità del personale. E' stato veramente un ottimo soggiorno. Mauro e Paola
