Pleasantly situated in Lyon's 6eme, this aparthotel is an idela pitstop. On-site parking, a pleasant inner terrace, gym and sauna and good (tho pricey) internet connections mean it is good for travellers and business folk alike. Would return - v helpful, friendly front desk team

Nice Hotel... check rates
Great service. Very good location. I have a small detail, because the rate I choose for my stay, as soon as I checked in the front desk told me that my rate was exclusively for Travel Agency employees, so that they needed to charge me an extra 20 USD. I tried to explain that the rate was for everyone at the Internet site, but they insisted that the price that I arranged was not possible to maintain. After all I stayed because I didnt have anywhere else to go. The hotel services and personnel were as expected

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!!
When we arrived with our reservation, we were told that the price increased and that we had to pay the price of that day. We had to talk to the manager and spend 2 hours to convince them to honor the price on the reservation. The staff was very, very rude to us. The rooms are not four stars quality and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant was terrible and expensive; the food was uneatable. Also the restaurant was closed on the weekend so we could not even get a coffee in the morning unless we paid 19 euros each for a full breakfast in the breakfast dining room. The location is not central and there are no coffee shops, restaurants or boulangeries in the area. Overall the experience was very bad - there are much better hotels in Lyon and we would advise you stay somewhere more central. This is not a four star hotel, we have stayed in better 3 star hotels throughout France. Also of note, it is 20 euros a day to have internet in your room. We left a day early due to an awful stay and in addition due to one very rude staff member in particular, Ruben, who could not have been less helpful!!
