Room was fab!

Hotel was fab, staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a suite and it wasn't much more than a normal room, SO GLAD WE DID! The room was huge!! Came with a stocked fridge of drinks and a little plate of cakes for us! We (the adults) had our own room and bathroom which was nice as after spending the whole day at Disney with a million questions asked every minute it was nice to have our own space. The kids had their own room again with their own bathroom, fun mirror, night lights and lots of space too! We had the communal area complete with palm trees, hammock and sofa bed. There wasn't any themed suites left when we booked so we just opted for the normal one however this room was very themed and the kids loved that! All in all it was a really fab room, there were little things were an improvement could have been made the kids room had a door out onto the corridor that locked from the inside, although this is probably for fire purposes it made me a little uneasy as a curious child could take themselves off on an adventure without the adults being aware, for my own peace of mind I pushed the table that was in the room against the door. The toilet roll was also a little area which could be improved, I have stayed in cheap cheap hotels that have provided a better quality toilet roll and although it sounds picky mentioning toilet roll it does make a difference having toilet roll that has a little softer material than complete sand paper! I also thought that although bedding was lovely and white and on the whole the place appeared tidy there were areas that could have had a bit more attention to detail with a duster or Hoover. It was by no means dirty as I would have refused to stay but to make this hotel just slightly better a more thorough cleaning approach could have been adopted. The pool was a good area however an outdoor pool would have been a good addition to the place. Allowing swimming shorts would also be good as most families we came across had been made to buy the tight swimming trunk variety due to silly rules imposed by the hotel. This review is not to be taken as a negative one as we were really happy with the hotel on the whole. Traveller tip: If you are doing Disney a lot of families were filling up their bottles at breakfast, so keep your empty bottles for this purpose.

Great trip

We had a great stay there. Great facilities for kids, and the whole hotel (that we saw) was spotless. We only ate in the pizza place, and it was lovely and not too expensive. Breakfast was good, busy but very organised. Shuttle buses were busy, and the last bus back from the park was a struggle with a buggy.

great family hotel

This is a great hotel for kids. The pool was fantastic. My daughter would've been happy enough to stay there all day instead of Disneyland. The pizza was ok. Not great but not bad. I didn't eat in the restaurant so I cant comment on that. Overall the hotel was nice and my room was clean...a bit small and it didn't have any drawers but it had shelves instead ( not a big problem) just thought id mention it. Staff were helpful and play area for the kids was also great. All in all I can't fault this hotel and would recommend it.

Very enjoyable

The hotel was great. It offered everything our family needed under one roof and the pool and play area kept them entertained for hours making it more relaxing for us. only downsides were prices in hotel were sky high, bar shut so only one place to have a drink and pillows on the small side! Kids loved it and if we were prepared again for a massive spend for 3 days away we would go back!

greate for area for kids, but nothing for adults

The hotel it's fairly good, it's good performed for kids, but we would have appreciated for us, a Yaquzi or something like that for adults. In general the food was good, (the a la carte restaurant, and the pizza restaurant as well), but, to be honest the dinner buffet at 24€ each, and kids?? i dont remember the price, but was very expensive, we didn't take it, any day,(not value for money) cause nobody can eat more than necesary, so its a waste of money. I'v been employee in a 4*+hotel during years, with positions as second maitre restaurant, banqueting manager and even bar manager, and just want to say...for a hotel with 300 customers just 1 small toaster machine??? was crazy, ( atention at those details). No English breakfast??? well I supose is normal in a 3* hotel, In our last day we ask for 2 full English breakfast (the poor girl in this place, even didn't know about a scrambleeggs) it wasn't good and less paying for that. I could tell you, that the breakfast is the most important thing in a hotel, and you should be received with a smile and atention, (exactly like the front desk (very nice and polite people). But the girl in the breakfast front desk, make me feel like a strange in my 4 days at the hotel (nothing confortable in that sense). Anyway I recomend this hotel.

Trip to disney

Little things such as paper cups instead of proper ones and no refill of tea or coffee stuff in room each day were annoying. Great play areas for kids. Plenty of food at breakfast and loads of cups, plates , cutlery etc
