New hotel, but not friendly staff.
New hotel, but not friendly staff. The location is not convenient to any transportation like taxis or buses. The hotel has to call for a taxi and it takes a lot of time for the taxi to come. You cannot walk to the center of the town because is 45 minutes walking. Their shuttle bus to Disneyland is always late. The facilities are poor, there is no restaurant at the hotel, only breakfast.

Cleanliness could be better. The pricing: We had to pay again in the hotel ( the price was about 40 € less) but afterwords they pay it back but we lost a lot of time .

The hotel has been renovated and facilities were complete and clean. I thought the location was good because of the Aquatronic facilities just beside but that place is so expensive! So the rating is in relation to Disneyland Parks, which are not too accessible. The shuttle service is really limited, only 9 to 11am, and only till 11pm which means in summer, you will miss the Disney Illumination Parade and Fireworks if you want to catch the shuttle! Or take the taxi which is expensive! Otherwise, the accommodation price is good. Oh again, must emphasize, no breakfast included in the rates.

Nice pleasent hotel a good distance
Nice pleasent hotel a good distance from the mall or Disney Parks but regular free bus makes up this. Staff helpful and friendly, felt price to view DVD's was expenses. Overall we had a wonderful time

Great hotel
This is our best hotel experience we have had in 40 days of traveling in Ireland, France and Spain. Rooms are spacious with a mini kitchen and balcony. The price was unbelievably low. The main problem is that it is very difficult to find. It is a new hotel with a new street so it doesn't show up on the gps. But you can find it by printing the hotel map and looking at the gps for the location and letting it take you there. It is well worth the effort.

Unable to find the hotel
We looked for this hotel for 90 minutes and could not find the hotel. We stopped for directions at another hotel in the area and went back to Disneyland for them to confirm directions. Even with a GPS and directions we were unable to locate the hotel.

Nuit parfaite dans cet hotêl
Accueil très chaleureux, chambre belle et très bien équipée (Certes quelques traces d'usure de la porte coulissante et un coin de plafond abimé, mais c'est vraiment pour chercher la petite bête :) ) Système de navettes gratuites excellent et surtout très arrangeant. J'y retournerai avec plaisir

Très bien, un seul petit bémol...
Très bien, seul petit bémol l'affluence pour prendre les navettes... qui ne sont pas assez régulières ou trop petite pour transporter tous les résidents qui souhaitent se rendre au centre commlercial Val d'Europe ou à Disneyland.
