Such a nice staff
The room was small but clean, the location is great with easy access to shopping, tram and the beach. And best of all, the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to help when I temporarily lost my bag that had ALL of my ids, credit cards and passport. Loved them would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel Boreal was wonderful. It was in a fabulous location - quiet street but around the corner from all of the main shops and a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Unexciting but well-located
The hotel is nicely located, just off the main street of Nice and the central tram line, and an easy enough walk to the old city and the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are small (standard for small European hotels, in my experience), but not uncomfortable. One problem: I could not use the wireless connection, which seemed to not like Macs.

L'Instant restaurant, 9 Rue Clement Roassal, a 20 minute walk or a short tram trip, is a very nice restaurant.

Great Deal
Only spent 1 night at hotel since traveling throughout France and Italy. Great location. Room more spacious than some and had a double bed rather than usual 2 twins together. Everything very nice and staff very friendly, except did not like that shower head was hand-held and was no shower curtain so got the bath floor wet! Lot going on in Nice, but beach nearby is completely rocky.

Good location and price
The Hotel was a good value, the rooms are clean and location is excellent. Close to the large shopping mall and many restaurants in the area.

Flop sur la réservation
Personnel accueillant et sympathique sauf qu'il oublie de valider la réservation faite sur ebookers !! Résultat hôtel complet, heureusement qui'l restait une chambre triple (on comprend pourquoi après l'avoir vu !). Quand on réserve 2 chambres pour 3 et qu'on se retrouve par chance avec une triple la promiscuité est de rigueur !! ceci dit il a eu l'honnêteté de reconnaitre sa faute. De plus la note nest pas la même : 90 € de différence à mon actif mais la procédure avec ebookers me semble compliquée pour l'instant pour rentrer dans mes frais.
