Reasonable hotel. Not too pricy, cleanliness is okay. But you have to bring your luggage through the steep stairs which is a concern. Rooms are small but with necessary bedding and other facilities.

Cute but small room, excellent help from staff, good location (close to metro), lots of electrical outlets, felt safe arriving on foot at late hours. Would like better light in room.

Great location next to two metro stops and in a great area (Bastille). The only negative would be the room decor was worn. It is probably time for them to spruce up the place, I would give the room 3 stars. The staff was great, price was even better. We would stay there again for sure.

Le nettoyage du studio était déplorable. Après réclamation, le nettoyage a été fait très correctement dans la journée : lit fait, serviettes changées.
Les ascenseurs sont capricieux et s'arrêtent souvent à tous les étages, y compris le 2ème sous-sol, pour rien.
Sinon, calme et confortable.
Internet WiFi gratuit et facile d'accès.

just stayed one night in order to catch plane back home. rooms were clean, staff friendly, nice balcony. overall, pleasantly surprised.very close to richard lenior metro stop. easily walked to notre dame, strolled along the seine. plenty of restaurants nearby, from bistros to mcdonalds.

Don't think twice about staying here as I did. I'm so glad I made the choice. It's a great location and right near the two metro stops. Lots of options for food within 5 min walk. I don't know if all rooms are renovated yet, but ours was. The room is great and has all you need.

not in the heart of Paris but close to a good metro stop - trendy neighborhood with lots of bars and cafes - room was nice with modern bath - looked out toward courtyard garden but all we could see were ac units and rooftops (4 floors above ground)- room smelled from cigar/cigarette and front desk tried to help but it was not successful altough the front desk people were very nice

the location was great, the staff was excellent the only real problem with this hotel is like in much of old buildings the noise level and the heating or AC doesn't work. you can hear everything on the street. the windows need a lot of work!

Hotel is clean, tidy and ideally situated. A great base for exploring Paris. Some of the rooms are a little small, but with so much to see and do on the doorstep you'll not be spending much time indoors anyway

what I liked is hotel's location and staff, safe area even at night, near restaurants, cafe's, shops, public transport particularly bus route 69 that for 1.30 euro each way will take you to the louvre, musee d'orsay and eiffel tower,other bus route will take you to Opera shopping district.
Hotel has lovely helpful staff, room was clean, bed comfortable, and powerful shower. Only down side is lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, the marais is a busy urban area so if you like your window open traffic noise could be a problem (didn't bother us we loved ring of church bells from St. Pauls), if temperatures rise like any city I would worry about lack of air conditioning.

Had a one night stay in Paris. Hotel is fairly conveniently located, but a little tricky to find.
Staff was fluent enough in English.Hotel is small (by US standards) and typical single person elevator.Warning: hotel posted warnings that they are renovating; otherwise I would complain about he bathroom (broken fixture in the shower, which also had some mold/mildew issues). On the upside, the nearby main street is filled with cafes, restauarnts, pubs (aa few obviously LGBT-friendly),confectionaries and shopping.in short, it's a bed close to a nice neighborhood.Could do better for the price.

Gare Lyon駅までも簡単にいけるので、CDG空港から簡単に
アクセスできます。
バスタブもついていますし、朝食も思っていたよりよかったです。

I don't know how you do flights and hotel (6 nights) in Paris with quality and inexpensively, but we did it and thanks for the arrangements. The hotel was several blocks away from the Seine but we stayed in a neighborhood in the Marais district and it was fabulous. Very good locale for meeting locals and living like a Parisian.

Hotelli on sopivan kävelymatkan päässä "ydin" keskustasta. Junalla pääsee hyvin lentokentältä Chatelet Les Hallesin asemalle ja siitä on lyhyt kävelymatka hotellille. Hotellin vieressä heti ravintola ja leipomo sekä metro. Erittäin rauhallinen ympäristö!
Huone oli hyvin siisti ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Tietty jokin pieni jääkaappi olis ollu plussaa, mutta ilmankin pärjättiin. Vaikka huone oli Pariisilaisittain pienikokoinen, oli kylpyhuone kuitenkin tilava.
Respa palveli hyvin englanniksi, tosin aamiaisen ylläpitäjä sitä ei sitten paljon ymmärtänyt. Aamiainen oli just passeli, eli teetä/kahvia/mehua, jogurttia, muroja, leipää, croissantit ja pullat.

We loved the location, great neighborhood, between two important metro lines. True, the room we had was tiny, but it was super clean and did have a private bathroom with shower. The bed is low to the groung, so not great for the elderly. The TVs were installed, but not yet functioning. The in-room phone was not working either. However, there was very good wifi service. The breakfast was abundant and the service fantastic. The air conditioner went out the last night, but the windows opened large to let in air. However, there were no window coverings... Overall, it was great and we'll be back!!!

Bonne situation de l'hôtel dans Paris.
La propreté notamment des sanitaires laisse à désirer !!!! Chasse d'eau qui fuit et lavabo bouché... Pas d'isolation phonique, beaucoup de bruits ineterne à l'hôtel (couloirs, chambres d'à côté, etc...). Petit-déjeuner express : mini viennoiserie (pas mal), et boissons chaudes dans un gobelet !!! A ne pas recommandé.

Very pleased with this choice for the money. We had booked a twin bedded room and we got a double but that was OK. The room was newly refurbished and clean. the shower room en suite was good but small. The lift was small - one person and one case or two people. We booked the All in One package which was a welcome drink (a can from the fridge) express breakfast (choice of croissants and get your own drinks from the machine with seating) and lunch the following day (good sandwich and apple and bottle of water). It was good value and the receptionists were helpful and pleasant. I would go again if I wanted good value with no frills. There seemed to be internet access which we did not use. There was a kettle in the room which was not advertised but welcome. (Take your own tea bags).

The hotel location was great, one block away from the Metro and many restaurants around. Staff really friendly, very good breakfast eventhought they charge you for it but it was like 5 Euros so it did not matter because you will eat so good that you will be able to skip lunch. The rooms were really clean with a confortable bed but small room. I did not care since the last thing you do in paris is staying in the hotel, overall it was a great experience for a very little price considering that Europe is ridiculously expensive in terms of hotels

Excellent Base Camp for Exploring Paris

If you are looking for a moderately priced place to stay not far from the center of Paris, this hotel provides clean and nicely sized rooms with 4 ( four!) elevators of contemporary size to get you there. There were always at least 2 English speaking persons working the front desk, ready to answer any questions.
I didn't give the rooms a 5 star rating because I wish there was a mini fridge there and a safe box for the valuables.
Overall, this is an excellent choice for a business traveller,

The hotel was convenient to get to from the Metro, but the room was very small. No air conditioning, and it was over 100 every day we were there and very humid.
The bathroom was smaller than most closets. The toilet touched walls on the back, side, and front leaving only one side open which was also against the sink.
The shower was about 2 1/2' x 2 1/2' with exposed pipes that were extremely hot and burned your skin if you touched them which it was impossible not to since the shower was so small.
All in all I'd suggest a different hotel.

The location was very good but the room was very - very small. It was also very noisy on the weekend nights. Some staff were very hepful but others were not. Room was fairly clean but halls and lobby were not. The shower curtain did not ocver the whole shower and water would leak on the floor. I would not stay there again.
