very clean hotel! staff : some very friendly, some not. sofa-bed in studio not that comfortable. I had cold at night because there was only 1 thin blanket!

just stayed one night in order to catch plane back home. rooms were clean, staff friendly, nice balcony. overall, pleasantly surprised.very close to richard lenior metro stop. easily walked to notre dame, strolled along the seine. plenty of restaurants nearby, from bistros to mcdonalds.

I had not understood that the hotel was half residences, with people living there full time, and congregating at the entrance and in the lobby. The room itself was very basic, with a fold-out couch rather than a bed, which I also did not expect. The internet only connects through DSL and through a complicated system, and they do not have a staff they can send for assistance with this. There is a small, relatively stocked kitchen, but few groceries/bakeries in that area. Also, lovely that it's on the promenade (market on Sunday) but it's also surrounded by social housing projects. Again, it was cheap for Paris, and not as offensive as it could have been, but I wouldn't stay there again, and I certainly wouldn't agree with the 4 star rating it had here.

Comfortable and quiet appart'hotel very closed to cultural centers. To recommand.

We lucked out and got a giant patio with our not so giant apartment. The bed was not so great but after a bottle of wine we passed out and I woke up with a stiff neck. Great deal for the price and we saved big time by buying groceries and cooking. The subway is right outside the hotel and it took 30 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower. if you don't mind public transportation this is a great deal. There is also a farmer's market in the park across the street on Sundays in the summer.

We didn't like the sofa bed, a normal bed would be better. Kitchen well-equipped. Another drawback was that the room was not cleaned everyday (we stayed for 3 days), but we were warned by the reception.

We just came back and stayed there for 8 days. The hotel itself is very quiet, near lots of supermarkets and bakeries. The staff is pretty nice especially Jerome. The only downside was the sofabed, lumpy, in the living room and the fact that the rooms and bathrooms need a facelift. A little old but clean. Do not forget they only clean and change towels once a week in the Citadines hotels. In our case they cleaned after we there 4 days. The hotel location is excellent, a few blocks from Bastille metro. Very fast to get around the city by foot or metro. If you like the opera try to see an opera at Opera de Bastille, right near the metro Bastille. Great architecture.

Le nettoyage du studio était déplorable. Après réclamation, le nettoyage a été fait très correctement dans la journée : lit fait, serviettes changées. Les ascenseurs sont capricieux et s'arrêtent souvent à tous les étages, y compris le 2ème sous-sol, pour rien. Sinon, calme et confortable. Internet WiFi gratuit et facile d'accès.

静かなのに、交通の便は良いところです。 私のパリの「拠点」としては、最高です。 ホテルから見える公園の隣で開かれる、マルシェはパリの雰囲気抜群です。
