Very small shower room
The shower room is too small to wash a body efficiently. But the staff is very friendly and kind.

Too narrow room and showerroom
It was very hard to find a space to open a large suite case. The shower room was very small, therefore sometimes I touched the switch and the comfortable water changed suddenly cool or hot. The stuff was very kind and introduced a good restaurant near there though many closed restaurant for Monday.

One of the best experiences in life.... Very friendly, nice and helpful staff, really the most amazing we've ever seen! Great value and price, ten minutes bus route to the heart of Paris, nice coffee and dinner places close to it. The room was clean and nice, and the buffet breakfast great! Next time we go to Paris, we'll stay again in Classics Hotel Bastille...

Clean, supportive, informative hotel
I stayed at the Classics with my daughter for 6 days. I would recommend the superior room as the regular room too small for 2 people. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The night manager Alvoro was super great, he informed us of many things we didn't know, like getting the 69 bus to see the city as it stopped along the way, also bus 76. He helped us with our questions and concerns. Any questions and concerns were answered by all of the staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, no rugs, etc. The only complaint would be how many stops needed to get to the famous attractions, take the bus, saves alot of headache. The French people are wonderful and very helpful. Will go back many times

Short walk from hotel
Bus travel easy 69 and 76 near hotel to famous sights, Louve, Musee D'Orsay, Eiffel tower, etc. Get bus map and times. Metro ( 2) changes from hotel, takes time, use it if going to Gare deLyon or some other travel needs. Purchase carnets, pack of 10 for $12 euros at metro station if you take metro. Bus tx can be bought on bus.

This is a very nice hotel. The price is reasonable. The male staff was very helpful and went out of their way to do what they could to help with any issues that we had. The female conceirge was not too friendly or helpful. Overall, I would stay here again if I returned to Paris.

Too much for what you get
The hotel was clean, and in a good location, walking distance to the metro, mini grocery store, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helped in everything they could. The bad was that there was no AC in the room and no fridge. Also the internet only worked in the lobbY. I would recomend this hotel in the winter, summer forget about it.

Excellent Vacation Choice
Convenient to the Metro with links to the train stations and airports. Plenty of restaurant and bistro choices in the neighborhood, with numerous places for carry-out meals or snacks, including a grocery on the next block. Within walking distance of many sites and museums. The staff was super helpful with recommendations for dining and directions on how to get anywhere.
