- Located in an inner courtyard with a pleasant garden in a Japanese style, Cosys Residence Cadet is open 24/24 and 7/7. This ideal place, far away from noise and racket, but nearby an animated area and a semi-pedestrian street, you will certainly enjoy. A really quiet and user-friendly place in the heart of Paris.

Great for a family, very large for Paris
This apartment-hotel is a great property and a great value for Paris. We had a room with a comfortable king-sized bed plus two twin beds for our teens, with plenty of closet space. There is a small kitchenette and dining room. The bathroom is large, with a double vanity, a tub/shower, and a heated towel rack. The "wc" is in a separate room. A few minor complaints: The blow-dryer is fixed to the bathroom wall and was difficult to control, and got very hot (too hot to hold). The shower did not have a curtain, only a partial glass divider, so required some finesse to avoid a lot of water on the floor (it is probably designed for european-style, sitting-down bathing). The neighborhood is nice, with many shops and restaurants, and the Cadet metro stop is one block away. It is not the most central location, but easy to get everywhere by metro. I would definitely stay here again.
