The workers couldn't have been
The workers couldn't have been nicer... My group stayed in a Triple Room and they are pretty big, however I saw some of the double rooms and they are very small. The continental breakfast is not included in the price of the room and not worth it, so don't do it. Great Location too!

My husband, son and I stayed here
My husband, son and I stayed here for 2 nights in January. The rooms were a good size by Paris standards - perfectly adequate. We were given two rooms on opposite sides of a corridor-one facing the street and the other with no view to speak of. As my son is deaf we gave him the room facing the street in case of noise but it wasn't noisy at all the times I was in his room. Our room was blissfully quiet and as we were at the end of a corridor on the first floor there was no noise coming from other rooms. Thank heavens for the lift too, although very small. The hotel is in a great location - only a 15-minute or so walk to the Eiffel Tower and loads of restaurants all around the hotel. All the people we encountered at the reception desk were very helpful. We were very pleased that we chose this hotel and will recommend it.

1st trip to Paris
We went to france to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it could not have been better. We really enjoyed being in walking distance to the eiffel tower. the hotel and its staff were great and spoke english; since our french is ok, but limited. The area surrounding the hotel was great too. there were a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shopping available in walking distance, as well as the metro station on the corner.

Great location - right near metro station, but we weren't disturbed by the closeness of the rail at all. Lovely shops and restaurants very close by also. The metro is excellent for getting just about everywhere, as we had only a short stay this was perfect! I would not hesitate to book this hotel for any future Paris stay -

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room
For a 3 star hotel in Paris, we were very happy with it. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not only clean, but also looked quite new and modern. After reading some of the bad reviews about hotels in Paris in general, this hotel was beyond our expectation. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is not only so close to the metro and within walking distance to the Eifel Tower, it has everything right outside the hotel, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, etc. And there are grocery stores, Starbucks, McDonald, many take-out/fast food places etc. The grocery store and "fast food" stores are wonderful if you want to buy bottled water, fresh fruits, or have something different after a few days of rich French cuisine. McDonald is great if you need to start your day early and just want a quick breakfast and go. In all, we were very happy with the hotel and will recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location to Eiffle Tower and Seine River
My bestfriend and I visited Paris for the first time. All I could say this hotel is a walk away from Eiffle Tower and Seine River which is really awesome. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, grocery, shopping area, even a farmers market on certain days and a very close to the train station to go around Paris. I will recommend this place to all first timers at Paris. Very helpful staff and could speak very good english, has a free wifi too.

Excellent Location
Hotel was at the best location, just a minute walk from metro. Hotel provided complimentary drinks everyday. it was clean room and bathroom. room size was bit smaller, but i guess in paris most hotels have anyway smaller rooms. staff was not too helpful.but the location was great, lots of places to eat and buy fresh eating stuff.eiffel tower was just one metro stop or 15 minutes walk. we were asked to pay city tax while checking out, which we were not happy to pay, which was not mentioned [...] by [...]hotel website any where. it was not huge, but it was hidden cost. we paid 12 euro for 3 people for 4 days.Great Location.

Just what you need
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the cleaners. The hotel was within walking distance to many attractions and had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower, which was great for our first time in Paris. There was a metro stop just a few steps outside, plenty of options to dine, including two grocery stores, ATM machines, shopping, etc. I traveled with my younger sister and we never felt unsafe, even though there were many nights we walked back to the hotel after 11:00PM. As a young woman who also travels alone, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The size of the room was what you would expect for travel in Europe; but the bathroom was a pleasant surprise, although by no means grand in size, it was updated, arranged very well, and actually had a decent sized tub and shower door, so that the floor did not get wet after each shower.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Monoprix, located across the street, (and in numerous locations in Paris) has great food options to go, from ready made pastas to sandwiches, at very affordable prices.
