Hotel Agora
This hotel was in a perfect location, surrounded by fantastic bars and retaurants within walking distance. A stones throw away from the Notre Dame and Pantheon, a short walk to Jardin De Luxembourg, and close to the Metro station. I personally walked to all the other attractions in Paris i.e Eiffel Tower etc.. and of you wanted to take everything in this was the best way as it was only a couple of miles away. I found the bed and pillows rather uncomfortable but i do put my lack of sleep down the excitement of going out to explore the next day, and the temperature in the room was far to hot, this is February and slept with minimum clothes and no covers as it was 22 degrees in the room. Other than that the hotel was fantatstic, nice friendly english speakin staff, great bathroom and the best location i could have asked for, best holiday ive had! But beware of the fright you might get when checking out if booking with e b o o k e r s, as the hotel hadnt received the money i had paid from them yet and they asked me for €270 before realising the mistake!!

Chez Gladine, great atmosphere, great food, 2 minute walk! Download the paris t r i p advisor app, i wouldnt have had such a great time or found the places i did without it!

Great area, great hotel
Booked last minute from jan 1-4 and got pretty good rates. Ended up booking for an additional 2 nights after that. Hotel is in a great location, and would recommend it for first time to the city. Hotel is very clean, has an elevator, shower & tub, free wifi, computer for guest usage. Staff was very helpful with questions/suggestions about Paris. Stayed in a double room, which was small, but perfect for the two of us. Bathroom was large and comfortable. Room 306.

Markets all around the hotel give cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and most of all bread-real bread! So eating can be really cheap and fun!

Nice, but noisy elevator
I was happy with almost everything in this hotel (perfect location, nice room, unusually large bathroom for Paris, quiet street). The only flaw was that the elevator was extremely (I really mean it) noisy.

First trip to Paris
This was my first time to Paris and not sure what to expect especially with a hotel. To my surprise this hotel was located in the middle of everything and extremely close to a metro stop! I can't complain about the experience I had and the staff were a great help!

not the best value for what you pay
I have paid over $350 per night for my 4 night stay. The location was great! However, the room, particularly the bathroom constantly smelled urine. Awful feeling. Also note the elevator: designed only to carry at most two thin or one fat person - no exaggeration. If two people are getting on the elevator there is no room even for your carry on luggage (yes carry on).

My review of Agora Saint Germain
We had two rooms, the room for two was very comfortable but the single was very cramped. Elevator was very small, it could only accommodate one passenger and his suitcase. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We found the hotel to be close to the nearest Metro station and that the Metro system was very efficient. We could reach almost all of the places that we visited within 15 minutes.
