very good localization
The room is too small, and not too sweet, but the localization of the hotel is very good, very near to the opera, Lafayette street, metro, hystoric center, and others interesting places, by walk.

Hotel Ascot Opera PAris
Staff was very accomodating - had to upgrade as 2 person room was barely large enough for 1 person - larger room was tight with no floor space for luggage. Breakfast was cereal, rolls, coffee and juice - not typical of most hotels. Good location.

Good value for small room
The Hotel Ascot Opera Paris provided a very narrow room, with a compact bathroom. The facilities were neat and old European but without much charm. Breakfast was a solid, typical French breakfast. There is WiFi. The great value of this hotel is the location, which is spectacular (a short block from a Metro stop, not far from the Louvre). For someone who is not spending a lot of time in a hotel, but who wants a superb Paris location, the Hotel Ascot Opera Paris gives value.
