Good

The location was great! Staff are very friendly! But you may need bring your own shampoo and body wash. It is not a good quality.

Paris in November can be warm

Here you will find the kindest personnel possible. I could not have imagined such warm and helpul people at the front desk of any hotel. Moreover, it is very well placed - 2 minutes fom the nearest metro station and 10-15 minutes from the city centre. Thw breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and quite big for paris. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Wonderful!

Good, nor-frills hotel

Good location and easy access to the metro. They were doing some renovations on the lobby area which made things a little chaotic, but the hotel is perfect if you just need a bed and a shower in a central Paris location.

Hotel Bergere Opera, MAR2010

Great service. Responsive to requests. When I notified the front desk that the sliding closet doors came off the tracks, their first question was whether I was okay (nice). Wish that they had informed me that breakfast was NOT included; at 15 Euros/breakfast that was a shock! Courtyard view was very quiet. Bed was really firm, and the sheets and white duvet cover were impeccable. Nice but thrifty ... no artwork on walls, no clock, no tissues.

Lite besvikna i början för det var totalstopp i handfatet, vattnet rann inte ut utan bara stod kvar, vi trodde att städpersonalen skulle säga till om det i receptionen men det skedde inte så vi fick själva gå dit och klaga ett par dagar efteråt. Samma sak med nattbordslampan, glödlampan var trasig men byttes inte ut, vi fick klaga på det också. För övrigt var det ok.

Läget

Rummet i sig var det inget fel på. Det var rent förutom att vi hittade ett könshår uppe vid huvudkudden. Badrummet var rent, men det var dåligt med varmvatten vissa tider och trycket i duschen var inget att tala om. Pisstrålen var kraftigare. Personalen i receptionen var lite väl nonschalanta. Tittade inte ens upp när man kom och gick.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel

Das Personel ist freundlich und sehr hilfbereit. Das Zimmer war ok (relativ klein, aber sauber) und relativ lärmig, aber in 2 min ist man bei der Metrostation und die Gegend ist voll interessanten Restaurants. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut

Ne pas penser pouvoir y dormir

Ne pas penser pouvoir y dormir si on vous donne une chambre finissant en 1 soit sur la rue principale. Sinon un très bon rapport qualité/prix dans un autre cas.

Un hotel tres bien situe avec

Un hotel tres bien situe avec un personnel sympathique, mais un prix prohibitif pour une chambre de bonne sous les toits avec un ascenseur en panne pendant le sejour. Dommage.
