I came to the Caumartin Opera Hotel after reading all the "good" reviews but they all turned out to be absolutely false. FIrst of all: 1. We were badly treated by the kitchen manager, or the man who was in charge of making the breakfasts. Note: There is only ONE staff member who does this. The breakfast ends at 11am...We walked in at 10:30, and he displayed a sassy and caustic attitude. 2. The hotel receptionist would not let us use the paid phone card. She was clueless about everything and constantly insisted that we could not. Turned out we could. 3. We were unable to close the window. This made me feel SO insecure during both the day and night. The staff guaranteed they would fix it during our stay, but they never did. So much for promises. I would NEVER EVER stay here even if someone payed me to.

BAD.
Just horrible. Yes, the room was clean, etc but the service was just TERRIBLE. Especially the man who was in charge of the breakfasts. I've never seen someone part of the hotel staff so brash and impudent. Also, we couldnt even use the paid phone card because the hotel staff argued with us saying we could not. LASTLY, the window was broken. It did not close. This made me feel so insecure during both daytime and nighttime. They said they would get it fixed..they never did.

In Paris for a 5 day stay this hotel served its purpose admirably. The room size was adequate and the room clean. The staff very accommodating and thoughtful. Best of all was the location which made going to most areas a walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern spacious room with good airconditioning. Clean and modern toilets. Very convenient location and walking distance to all the major attractions in Paris including the Opera, Plaza Madeleine and major stores such as Printemps and La Fayette. The airport bus that goes to CDG is just a short walk from the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends,

立地は最高です。空港バスのバス停が近いことはもちろん、周りの
立地は最高です。空港バスのバス停が近いことはもちろん、周りのメトロ、ＲＥＲの各駅にも至近で、これらををうまく利用することで9日間の滞在中乗換えを一度もすることなく各目的地にアクセスすることが出来ました。 フロントの担当者も、（当方のブロークンイングリッシュに対して）それぞれにこやかに応対していただき、快適な旅行に仕上げていただきました。 一つ注文をさせていただくなら、部屋に電気ポットが備え付けてあれば更によかた。

Trés agréablement surpris par
Trés agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet hôtel. Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre supérieure sur rue, spacieuse, avec une literie de grande qualité. Un peu bruyant le matin, mais nous sommes au coeur de Paris et l'emplacement est top. Théatres, restos , grands et petits magasins, métro etc ... Tout à moins de 5' à pied. Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix.

清掃も行き届き、とても清潔感があった。 スタッフも一見愛想は悪いが、質問や要望（ホテルの冷蔵庫に預け物をした）には感じ良く親切に対応してくれた。 部屋も広め。（私たちの部屋だけだったかもしれないが。。） 設備は、冷蔵庫とポットがないのが不便であったが、お湯は頼めば頂けるようであった。 総合的にはとても満足した。

Excellent hotel, calme, avec des chambres rénovées qui sont fort agréables et un lit très confortable. Seul bémol, un prix excessif pour les petits déjeuners à 15 Euros et la nécessité de demander un nouveau code d'accès internet tous les jours.
