Hotel Le 123 Elysees

If you want to sightsee in Paris and be close to the champs elysees, this is the hotel for you. cute, well designed, small boutique hotel located conveniently near 3 metro stops. hotel is in a commercial district so most shops,cafes,restaurants in the immediate area are closed on the weekend. restaurants in the area also close by midnight but you can walk a few walks to late night spots. hotel has minimal amenities and some rooms are loud due to lack of sound proofing. hotel is not great for children - ideally suited to couples or a girls trip.

This hotel was exactly what I needed...clean, cute, convenient to the metro and walkable to many great places. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They helped make my trip as fabulous as it was. Thanks!

This was my first time to Paris and when I return, I'll definitely be staying at this little gem of a hotel again. I loved it that my room was available for early check-in although that was probably just good luck on my part. But rest assured that your room and bathroom will be very clean. What I really loved though was the decor of the hotel - very chic and elegant, feminine even as my room was accented with lilac colored bedding and curtains, and featured artwork of parisian fashion. The bathroom was great - very clean and modern although no bathtub. They also offer free Wi-Fi access. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Avenue de Champs-Elysees. Also right around the corner is a Metro (underground) station for easy access throughout the city.

Good relationship price/benefits, the room was confortable and nice, good hotel to stay in Paris.

Stylish hotel one block from the Champs Elysees. Breakfast not included and is very expensive at 19 Euros. Choose instead to have it at Julien's the boulangerie next door. Rooms are very small but typical of what you will find for the price in the location. They are very stylish and upmarket and there is free wifi. It does have a bar but on one night the barman did not turn up for duty and the attitude of the night duty manager was indifferent - this is typically french - they do not have the same service ethos as in the UK. After I insisted the night manager served us drinks. Two vodkas and a mixer was 20 Euros so again expensive. All said and done it is a very nice boutique hotel in agreat location and I would stay there again. I paid £400 for 3 nights.

Located in CBD of Paris, central to designer fashion stores, restaurants and wonderful bakeries but very noisy. Requested a non smoking room as neither I nor my wife smoke and also beacuse my wife has respiratory problems and was given a room on a smoking floor. Room and furnishings were permiated with a nicotine. We requested to be moved to a non smoking room and were advised that this would not be possible. We were forced to keep the balcony doors open all night which was rather uncomfortable given the 10 degree celsius temperature. Would not reccommend this hotel based on th quality or lack there of the service.

We LOVED our stay at Le 123. The map made it look like it was several blocks from the metro, but the metro entrance is literally behind the hotel. We could also easily walk to Le Champs Elysees and a ton of restaurants. The room itself was very modern and nice, and sized the way you'd expect for a city hotel. The elevator was comical (barely fit two people) so we mostly took the stairs. The free internet was great. We never did the breakfast since it was pricey, we just went to Starbucks (right outside the door) every morning. I was extremely pleased with my stay, especially given the great price. I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to my friends and family.

* Good Location - Just 2 blocks or so from Champs Elysees. Subway stop around the corner. Taxi stand across the street (although 5 minute wait for a taxi was the norm). * Free WiFi * Rooms are small but bathrooms were larger than other similar hotels in Paris. Interesting elevator. * Maid service very intent on cleaning the rooms - despite do not disturb sign. * Much cheaper than big hotels on the Champs Elysees. * Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived on schedule only to be moved to a "Best Western" further from where we wanted to stay. Classic Bait and Switch.
