Hotel Paris Bastille

Clean but rather small standard double rooms. Poor bedside lightning. Nice and helpful staff at the reception desk.

Good sized room for a family with double and twin beds and two bathrooms. Close to the metro which was great for getting around. Worth walking into the area nearby to see the Cafe's and restuaurants.

I had never stayed in this part of Paris before but I needed easy access to the RER for work. I liked the area. I would go back. I think in a few years it will be full of good restaurants. I get the feeling it is growing. The hotel was clean and the sheets on the bed very good, which I like. Thought 8 euro for 30 minutes for the internet in my room, a little much. Great hot water and the room for Paris was a good size. I'd go back.

Very clean, well kept and quiet hotel. Good service and approach. Breakfeast buffet rather modest but what you would expect from the pricing. Will certainly return on my next Paris trip.

The room was small, but the bed was extremely comfortable for a twin size. The bathroom was also very clean. Staff was friendly and spoke English well.

We were happy here, especially because the price was good. One downside was the noise from the Moroccan bodega across the street, which lasted until after midnight. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the two bathrooms in our "junior suite" were a plus. The elevator was inoperable twice - each for brief periods of time. THIS FORM IS WAY TOO CUMBERSOME

Friendly staff, very clean premises, great breakfast - the coffee was specially good - and fantastic location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

arrivée le vendredi , pas d'éléctricité dans la chambre le soir vers 20h , on appel la reception dit qu'il n' y a pas de service technique, on a du insister pour avoir de la lumière ,3 filles qui doivent se préparer dans le noir , formidable ! 2 ème points la douche avec un tuyau qui sort du plafond jusqu'a dans la bainoire , déjà très bizzare + impossible de prendre une douche, bouton hs, on nous dit que le problème va être régler le samedi mais rien a été fait quand j'arrive dans la chambre vers 16h ! j'ai du hausser la voix pour faire comprendre que nous payons pour chambre avec de une douche qui fonctionne et l'éléctricité aussi donc soit nous faire un remboursement ou geste commercial ET toujours pas d'excuses du personnel on dirait qu'on les dérangent ! Après insistance on nous donne une autre chambre certe plus luxueuse mais c'est normal d'avoir une chambre avec l'équipement qui fonctionne bref...... dans cette nouvelle chambre , nouveau souci : pas de fourre /housse pour le duvet ! ma coloc de chambre appel la reception et le monsieur très désagréable nous fait comprendre qu'on le dérange mais surtout ne comprend pas de quoi on parle donc je décide de descendre pour avoir cette fourre de duvet ! la réponse du gas à la reception ,je ne suis pas femme de chambre je peux rien faire pour vous et toujours pas d'excuses ! j'ai du commencer à m'énèrever avec lui et il m'a meme insulté comme quoi c'était de ma faute que j'avais cas vérifier que la chambre soit complète hors quand on a changé de chambre nous avions demandé si il ne manquait rien dans la chambre vu les 2 expériences passées....bref je ne me suis jamais fait traitée comme ceci dans un hotel et pourtant j'ai' fait des hotel bien plus simples et moins chers à Paris ou on avait de l'éléctricité , une douche qui fonctionne et une literie complète . Je vous déconseil cet hotel car le personnel est incompétant et désagréable , le seul avantage c'est qu'il est bien situé et propre

Très bon accueil, personnel aimable et charmant. Hôtel bien situé à proximité du métro. Chambre confortable, silencieuse, un peu trop chauffée à mon goût, TV, mini-bar, prises. Salle de bain spacieuse, propre avec baignoire et toilettes, sèche-cheveux et rasoir inclus. Je suis très satisfaite.
