If you stay at this hotel be sure to tell Taxi driver hotel is in Le Kemlin Bicetre, a suburb of Paris. This is very important since there is also a 22 Rue Voltaire in Paris. Our driver took us to the address in Paris which is a warehouse and we were lost for almost an hour. While the hotel is not actually in Paris it is a short 3 block walk west to catch the 47 bus which takes about 20 min to get to Notre Dame Cathedral. From there you can connect to anywhere in Paris via bus or metro. Also there is a metro station close to hotel. Hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. A wierd bathroom set up but always very clean.

Wrong address, But great hotel
Great, hotel, very nice, our SUV fit in the Parking Garage, reasonably close to metro[...]. Staff very helpful, restaurant had food until 11pm is when we got ours. They had some blocks and a Xbox 360 for kids. Bad was 14 euro for Breakfast that was not very good, skip it and pick something up at a stand. The shower was also awful. They were nice clean well designed bathrooms but there was no water pressure a must for me. Secured because to use the elevator you have to have your room key. We liked that. Check out was 5pm. Definitly stay again.

My review of Novotel Paris Porte d Italie
I think this hotel would be fine for business, but wasn't the best for vacation. The room was comfortable - it had a desk area, a sofa that turned into a bed and ample space to hang your clothes. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom (toilet) was separate from the vanity area, which housed the bath tub, sink and shower. After using the restroom, you would have to walk around the corner to wash your hands in the vanity area. The T.V. shows were all in French. The only channel that you could watch was the CNN channel.
