Perfect stop-over hotel
I arrived at the hotel around 11pm from a flight from Morocco and the front desk person was very helpful and knew who I was before I even said my name. He was very helpful in getting me connected to the internet and ordering room service. The room was very comfortable.

Good location, friendly staff. New and very clean for Paris standards. I would give it a 5, taking into consideration, that its not even extremly expensive. However, the a/c is not turned on unless it is hot. Whatever that means "hot", though outside temp was around 15° C, it was definitely too warm in the room to sleep without a/c. The only remedy was to open the windows, which resulted in two sleepless nights. Recomendation: LET YOUR CLIENTS DECIDE ABOUT A/C ON OR OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect, central location
Great value and a very good location. Two metro stops within a couple of blocks. We walked to Opera House, St Lazare train station and the Louvre without a problem. The Internet access computer in the lobby did not work during our 4-day stay. Our room rate included breakfast and it was delicious (available 7:30 - 10:30). We'd go back in a minute!

Lots of great bistros in the area; and a Starbucks very close. Shopping, too, is within walking distance.

a great stay in a great location
Stayed in this hotel for a mother/daughter trip to Paris and it was perfect. Having had several bad hotel experiences in Paris, this was just what I was looking for. It's a new boutique hotel - and seems to have had a total gut - meaning new lobby, lift, new (comfortable!) beds, new bathroom (great shower), flat screen tv, in-room safe, etc. Our "superior" room was small by American standards but just fine by European ones - in other words, we had space for our luggage & could maneuver without stumbling over one another. I had requested a room with 2 beds through the hotel manager before arriving and that's what we got! Had a view of Paris rooftops on a quiet street. The staff was very helpful, made us dinner reservations, etc. The only down-side was that the wifi wasn't working, and despite promises of being fixed, it never was over our 4 night stay. There was a free-to-use computer in the lobby with internet. We also loved the location: a non-touristy area of the 8th, 1/2 way between 2 metro stops and within walking distance of Madeleine, Champs Elysees & Gare Saint-Lazare. Everything we needed was located at Place St-Augustin less than 1/2 a block away... cash machine, Monoprix grocery store, nice cafes, etc. Would absolutely stay there again & tell friends about it!!

The hotel breakfast was expensive, so we went to Cafe St-Augustin across the Place St-Augustin from the hotel. It was a perfect spot for croissants and coffee... and near the metro.
