All excellent

Totally satisfying. The staff was particularly accommodating; the location perfect for close access to the airport; the shuttle service quick and accurate; the room clean and comfortable. All good.

Perfect location to CDG

I was able to find the hotel walking through the parking area. They had a shuttle, but thought it would be quicker to walk. The shuttle took us back in the morning with no wait and no hassel. The front desk was very heplful with airport information. The beds were wonderful. It was fine to pay a little extra for the room to aviod the hassel of public transportation or to hire a cab to get back to the airport for a morning flight.

Concierge staff and most restaurant staff are disinterested and unhelpful. Food is overpriced and average. Had cosmetics stolen from my bag while out of the room.

more good bad and ugly

Had hard time getting shuttle first day. When I checked in, tried to upgrade to larger room and desk clerk just said it was very expensive..would not give me amount. Food at the restaurant was expensive and not good. Breakfast was supposed to be free but had to pay 27 euros for omelet on third day there "because it wasn't included in free deal". Hard time getting Euro coin from Euro bills to charge my cell phone. Shuttle drivers spoke little to no english. Not near any other restaurant so stuck in evening unless I took RER/metro into Paris. Suggest travelers stay in Paris where better access to Metro and other restaurants. Housekeeping was VERY good and my bed was very comfortable.

Lost in Paris

We decided to take a room at the Pullman to bridge the gap between arriving in Paris on Friday evening, with an early departure on Saturday morning. We were there for only one short night but the hotel made a strong impression on us because of the contrasting experiences. When we arrived at the Airport we followed the direction to the hotel on foot. However, we soon ran out of signs to follow so ended up wandering around a deserted car park for about 20 min before accidentally finding a hotel shuttle. Once in the shuttle we were efficiently taken to the hotel. We checked in and found a very clean, comfortable hotel room and an amazingly soft and welcoming bed. Before retiring, we went back downstairs for a meal and found the restaurant. After standing at the door for a few minutes one of the waiters came to us (after staring at us for the whole time we were standing) and not so graciously told us that the restaurant was closed. He then informed us that our meal would be catered by room service. This whole interaction was not pleasant. We are very familiar with France and have encountered rough service before, but in this instance there was a sarcastic undertone to the way he interacted with us. We went back to the room and looked at the room service menu. It was not very extensive, too expensive, and not appetizing so we gave up on an evening meal. The room was great. The bed gave us a great nights sleep and it was a pleasure to spend the night in the room. The next morning, the breakfast was extensive and fresh, with someone available to cook omelets on demand. Then we went to check out - the person on the front desk appeared to be in training. She had no way of tracking that we had taken breakfast so we could have easily checked out without paying. Finding the breakfast bill on the computer took a long time and we were on a tight deadline with plane departures. We then queued for the hotel shuttle to take us back to the airport terminal only to find a crew of completely incompetent people in charge. There was no organization in loading the shuttles so we encountered delays as the drivers had to take out luggage they had previously loaded. There was no information on when the shuttles would leave or their destinations. It was a frustrating delay. Once we sorted out the shuttle we were transferred to the terminal, but not before the driver got lost in the airport. I pointed out that he had taken the wrong turn and he first told me he was taking a short-cut. He soon admitted that he had taken the wrong direction, so we ended up wasting even more time. In the end, our plan of getting to the airport early by staying in a hotel close to the terminals didn't work out. At every step, the hotel staff had no sensitivity of the need of their guests to get to the airport terminals on time. It was as if they had conspired to create delay at every step. In conclusion, the hotel facilities are top class and the breakfast was fine. However, the hotel staff seemed to be in a different world, preferring to look good and be inefficient rather than assist the guests. We will not stay there again.

A nice hotel for budget travelers

The personnel is very friendly and helpful; the receptionist helped us to settle-in in the morning, before the official check-in time. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable, it has practically everything for a short rest, including a bathrobe and one-off slippers. In the bathroom, the mirror has a built-in anti-fog heating element with a switch on wall. Flat-screen TV in the bedroom has menus on multiple languages, however, we didn't use it. Also, we didn't have a time to clarify the Internet availability, so I give 4th grade for Amenities. Unfortunately, we didn't have a time to evaluate the restaurant, so I give a neutral 3th grade for Dining Options.

Very convenient location, great rooms

I stayed at the Pullman overnight while travelling from Paris to Nice. The location was very convenient for me given that I flew in one day and the next taking the train to Nice. The staff was very friendly, the room was quiet and very comfortable, and the location was very convenient for my needs. If you're just passing though Paris, the Pullman is a great hotel, however if you're planning on spending a few days in Paris, I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to the city itself, since there isn't much to do or see out by DeGaulle Airport.
