Great location and decently good hotel
The room was very big and clean. The furniture looked a little worn. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area where you can get good value for money. The train station for the metro and regional trains is across the street.

Good hotel for familes at a great price
This is a good hotel for families seeking value in an expensive city. It is not easy to find a good hotel in Paris that will accomodate a family with kids in one room. Many hotels will either suggest that you book 2 rooms or book a suite at a higher rate. At this hotel, we were to able to book a room with 2 queen beds that allowed our young kids to stay with us in the same room. The price was very reasonable as well. The hotel is located across the street from the metro which made travelling to the various tourist attractions relatively simple. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Disappointed - ugly, small, old rooms
The hotel lobby is very nice, but the room was small, and ugly. I paid $360 a night, and my view was to the cemetery. The hotel was very clean, the staff was alright- nothing amazing. There was no variety in the breakfast bar. Also be advised that the metro station is in front of the hotel but very confusing- do not tack the train if you have more than one bag!!!! there are no elevators and it was awful to find the hotel.

Nice but not special
I experienced first time since I'm visiting star rated hotels that there was nobady to take care of our luggage (no bell man) while we arrived at front of hotel with taxi. Front desk (both reception and concierge) were professional and kind and gave us nice room as we asked in higher floor. Room has been trough several refurbishment since the hotel was built, but there is one thing that is missing what nowdays all hotel of this rang are having - cofee and tea maker! I could not understand this!?! Having breakfast is another story - much overcrowded and organization of stuff at questionable low level. They have to fill the juice bowl evry 10 minuts - nobody has not realised that they could put much bigger bowl? My wife is an "egg lover" for breakfast. First time in her life she could not eaten what she got as an scrambled egs. That was realy far from 4 star rated hotel! Otherwise the location of the hotel is nice with good connecction to the metro, many nice restaurants around and shoping area is close.

Pullman hotel in Paris
We had a great time in Paris. This hotel was very close to the Metro, which we used extensively to quickly get to and from our desired destinations! Don't be afraid. Just use common sense and do it. It is by far the best (cheapest, two or more day pass) and quickest way! We never felt the least bit uneasy about our safety, and we were two women traveling alone. The hotel was very nice, very clean, and offered someone to speak English anytime we needed guidance. I will stay at this hotel next time I am in Paris! The only thing I would change is I had to go to the lobby to obtain wifi, although when I was in the lobby the wifi was FREE! We left Paris and went to London to a similarly rated hotel, and wifi was available in our room, for a significant price. We bought a see Paris voucher ahead of time, and had unlimited use of the Metro, busses, and museum entry! It was well worth it, The desk personelle was very helpful in getting us started in the right direction! Don't hesitate to ask for help! It will save you much precious time!!! Enjoy Paris!!!

Ugly outdated Hotel in Paris
Overpriced, broken tiles in bath. Got scalded by the water in the bath tub. Could not control the temp in the shower. Was charged 5 euro for the use of a corkscrew. Rude staff.
