This brand new property, built in 2005, is highly recommended for both group and individual business. It offers an accommodation fitted and maintained to high standard. (0209/IU) This is a modern 10-storey building. The residence is situated in a nice residential area within a walking distance of "La Defence" business district, a couple of minutes from the Grande Arche and the Esplanade shopping center, and 10 minutes away from "La Defense" underground station which gives a direct access to the Champs Elysees (1 stop by RER A), Opera, Les Halles/ Chatelet (either RER A or line 1) in just a few minutes (max 10 min).

- Entirely refurbished in autumn 2005, the bedrooms vary in size from medium to large, are of a high standard, equipped with contemporary furniture and all necessary amenities for a superior first category hotel. All bathrooms have bathtubs and are in very good condition. Please take note that twin rooms consist of a double bed and a double-sized pull-out sofa bed.
