Very convenient location near
Very convenient location near a Metro station & many eateries. The staff was friendly & helpful. We had a room facing the street and as there was no air-conditioning, we had to keep the window slightly open. It was thus quite noisy at nite until early morning. They should install air-conditioning so that the window could be kept closed to reduce the noise level.

Easy to navigate
The hotel was accomodating. It was easy to get to. They were very easy to talk with. Some staff were a little more helpful than others. Note**Breakfast is not free. They advertise it in the elevator but will ask you to sign in and charge 10 euro. Some updating needed but great for the price. Rooms are large compared to other parts of europe in this price bracket.

Try to make an english speaking friend. They do not serve food between 3-7pm(1500-1900). Cafes are a dime a dozen. Wine is the cheapest drink around.

good price-quality relation
In Paris we basically just wanted a clean and unexpensive place to drop off our stuff, bathe and sleep at night. This hotel served us well.

Metro Avron from the blue line is right at the corner. Very convenient. 3 stops to Saint Paul, etc.

Very basic hotel located on the
Very basic hotel located on the outer edge of the city. Best part was it was very close to a metro. Great restaurant on the corner! Hotel room itself was very basic, but clean. The shower and bathroom could use some updating (mold on the tiles).

The room was really too small
The room was really too small to accomodate a double bed, the lack of air conditioning meant that the window was always open which made the room more noisy as the street below was always busy. Although the desk staff were courteous and efficent-the reported non working light bulb was'nt dealt with during our stay. That said, the Hotel was good value, close to the metro and if you are not looking for 5 star luxury then this should suit you for a short stay.

Good
Hotel was right next to a metro stop so that was very convenient. The metro was the easiest way to travel around Paris and super easy to learn. There was also a supermarket just down the street from the hotel. The rooms were small but I think they all are on Paris. All of the double bed rooms are on the front of the hotel kind of noisy so if you want quite rooms request a room in the back. Another thing that was kind of a negative is that the breakfast was not included.

Not organised for the reservation
The hotel is good, however they are not organised. I was bothered when I left because they did not know that the payment was already done. Also, before I went there I send them an e-mail and they said no reservation was recognised, afterwards they saw it but maybe without the payment.

Not bad...
It was a pretty basic budget hotel. The staff was ok, but not overly helpful. The elevator was broken, and no one offered to help us lug our heavy luggage up the winding emergency exit stairs. Also their public computer was out of commission. Not a terrible location... a little noisy at night. Basically you get what you pay for, and I guess I was hoping for a little more.

Nice Price but don't expect too much
This hotel is out of the tourist areas but very convenient to the Metro. The room is small and if you get an upper floor room can get hot (no a/c) and the window is only able to open about 2 inches because of the restraining latch. The best feature was low price. Room was clean and hotel staff helpful. They serve a good breakfast but it is extra. It worked well as a base to get out into Paris and enjoyed being in working neighborhood. Learn the Metro system (hotel is next to Avron station and very close to Nation which is major hub with RER stop which you can take to and from airport) and you can get to everywhere. Plenty of resturants near (liked the Sushi place and place called Vitamin which had turkish type food. Overall happy with choice, but don't expect too much. Picked it because of the free WiFi which worked great. It was fine for 1 person but would have been tough to put 2 people in one of their rooms. Thought it was good value for money.
