Mercury Stresburg

hotel is very old, stuff is rude, room was not cleaned. free parking was advertized on web site. in reality no parking. internet is very slow. stay away from this hotel.

Preis-Leistung = gut

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ok. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet war bescheiden aber qualitativ in Ordnung.

wunderbares Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Und es war sogar ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage verfügbar. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders beim Frühstücksbuffet, wo wir sehr liebevoll bedient wurden. Der einzige negative Punkt - im Winter dürfen die Zimmer etwas mehr beheizt werden. Dafür waren die Bettdecken sehr warm.

Bilder übertreiben

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, jedoch nicht an der Ill, wie dies das Werbefoto auf der Seite suggeriert. Der Zimmerbezug um 12:00 Uhr ist nicht möglich, wenn die Nacht vorher viele Gäste gebucht hatten. Das beworbene WLAN funktioniert im 1. Stock sehr schwach. Für eine störungsfreie Nutzung muss entweder in die kleine Lobby oder aber ins Treppenhaus disloziert werden. Die Klimaanlage ist wohl eine Attrappe und bietet nur warme Luft, weshalb das Fenster offen bleiben muss. Der saisonale Baulärm übernimmt um 07:00 Uhr die Funktion des Weckers. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, wenn auch eher etwas klein. In der Badewanne gibt es keinen Duschgriffhalter an der Wand. Die Bettwäsche ist wohl eher für den Winter ausgelegt.
