A+ for the staff
We stayed only 1 night in order to catch early am flight. Very helpful staff. Tram tickets (with directions) available at the front desk. The desk clerk also showed me how to type '@' on a French keyboard. Two minute walk to the tram. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant sandwiches were especially tasty even for France. Minuses = no airport shuttle, no spare towels.

Very good hotel situated just
Very good hotel situated just a few minutes away from the most important features of the city. Large bathrooms and nicely decorated confortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is copious. We would certainly come back again.

Freundliches Hotel mit super Erhol-Faktor
Lage in Ordnung, die Strassenbahn vor dem Haus. Service sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant hat es Kinderhochsitze jedoch ist eine Spielecke oder vergleichbares zur Unterhaltung der Kids nicht vorhanden. Die Hoteleigene Hallenbad - und Wellnessanlage ist in Ordnung - mehr aber nicht. Das Schwimmbecken hat eine Tiefe von 130 - 240cm. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und leise.

Excellent pour le marché de Noël
Chambre propre, petit déjeuner buffet super avec du choix (sucré, salé, bon pain, choix de boissons chaudes et froides, etc...) à 5min en tram du centre de Strasbourg !

Hôtel en dehors du centre mais
Hôtel en dehors du centre mais facile d'accès grâce au tramway. Personnel sympathique. Chambre très propre. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé. Piscine et sauna agr&ble
