The Alexander Thomson Hotel is historic Victorian era building which forms the Architectural landscape of the city. The Hotel has very high ceilings and very high windows from that era and every effort is put in to retain as much originality as possible. Most Rooms are quite large and so are the Bathrooms. The Rooms have all the basic amenities required by a business traveler or a tourist. Traditional Scottish Breakfast is included in the price and there is a Bar which opens till the wee hours of the morning only for the Hotel Guests. There is a very quite lounge for people to sit and relax which also has a free wi fi internet access for the residents only. Come and enjoy the beautiful city and our warm and friendly service.

The hotel is set across 5 floors with 2 additional floors incorporating loft apartments. Situated a short walk west of the city centre in a regenerated area at the doorstep of many new bars and restaurants. Property is within easy access to the motorway and exhibition centre. A very convenient and central location.
