動物園駅の歩いて3分ほどの便利な場所。快適に過ごせた。ただし、朝食のついていないプランで宿泊し、最初の日だけ朝食をとったが、2日分請求されていた。後日二重請求に気がつき、クレームのEメールを出すと、マネージャーから丁寧な変身があり、1日分の朝食代は返金された。

less than 5 minutes from train station. rooms older than pictures show with two single beds as a double but overall good. wifi in reception free for 30 minutes per day per room which was good. would definitely recommend this hotel!

Leider ist der Telefonservice direkt an der Rezeption, sodaß der Kunde - der an der Rezeption steht - warten muß bis sich das Personal wieder um ihn kümmert.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ausreichend gut, leider wird das Geschirr nicht organisiert weggeräumt. Wäre mit einem Tablett aber machbar.

Sehr schönes (aber auch sehr großes) Haus in toller Lage in wenigen Gehminuten zum Brandenburgertor.
Unmittelbar in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Friedrichstrasse von wo aus vieles öffentlich in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. War mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden.

We went to Berlin for the Christmas Markets, and this hotel was the best location for all the markets around the area. It is also a good location for seeing checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg gate and shopping.
The only gripe that we have is that breakfast is not included,and is expensive. You are better off going down to the metro centre which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It is also surrounded by shops for you shopaholics out there.
The rooms were spotless, and so was all the public areas. They even had a tall real Christmas tree in reception, and it was beautiful. The corridors to the rooms are light but the carpet is very slightly worn in places.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in exzellenter Lage

Das Hotel hätte uns vollständig überzeugt, wenn nicht ein paar nervige Kleinigkeiten gewesen wären! Eine sehr schwer bedienbare Fernbedienung, ein funktionsloser Lichtschalter, eine kaputte Steckdose, eine lockere Duschhalterung, die wir mit der Nagelfeile wieder festgeschraubt haben, waren eben nervig und eines Dreitsternehotels nicht würdig! Und man musste sich alle Informationen selber zusammensuchen; das Infoblatt lag in einem Korb unter vielen anderen netten Kleinigkeiten; aber bis wir das gefunden hatten...
Abens war auch die schlechte Beleuchtung manchmal nervend, trotz fünf Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten war das Zimmer nicht richtig hell zu bekommen.
Aber, wie gesagt, das waren nervige Kleinigkeiten: Dennoch ist das Hotel toll, unser Zimmer war sauber und groß, Badezimmer gerade angemessen und fantastisch ist die Lounge7, der Frühstücksraum in der siebten Etage, indem man zwischen 14 und 21 Uhr kostenlos Kaffee und Tee bekommt. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, allerdings mit 15 Euro ziemlich teuer. Das war für uns aber ok., weil mein Sohn erst 11 war und somit nicht zahlen brauchte!
Die Lage fanden wir spitze, aber auch hier wären ein paar Infos, für Kleinstädter wie uns, ganz nett gewesen; wären wir an der S-Bahn Haltestelle (Savignyplatz) gleich zum richtigen Ausgang, nämlich eben Savignyplatz, raus, hätten wir uns am ersten Tag ordentlich Umweg gespart. In die andere Richtung vom Hotel aus, ungefähr die Hälfte Strecke ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle Ernst-Reuter-Platz. Man ist also in kürzester Zeit überall, ohne direkt im Lärm oder dem Gewimmel zu wohnen.
Unser Fazit: Wir würden das Hotel Otto auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!!!!!

We got to the hotel and were surprised to find it completely different from the photos online. At first we were leery of a " quick change " or scam ... but the staff were absolutely great -- always helped out when asked - absolutely went the extra mile in kindness, helpfulness AND curtesy !!!
It isnt the newest or grandest of decor .... but it is clean & comfortable .... i would definitely go back to the GCH again

à seuleument 5 minutes à pieds de la grande gare bqui permet de serendre ou on veut et finir sa journée en se détendant à la piscine et au sauna apres des exercices en salle de sport ( tout est dans l'hôtel) fait que le séjour à été tres agréable

When we booked the apartment hotel for our late July-early August holiday, we didn't know exactly what to expect except the two king beds we requested. What we found upon arrival exceeded our expectations by far: we got essentially a connected suite with two separate apartments complete with a kitchen, washer and drier, refrigerators--perfect for the two of us in one and our teenage son in the other. The location is perfect: an eight-minute walk from Berlin's central station and fifteen minutes away from the Reichstag. There is a taxi stand two minutes away on Luisenstrasse. The location simply cannot be beat!
Another amazing thing was how quiet the rooms were. Soundproofing in this hotel is simply the best I've ever experienced! We couldn't hear our neighbors, next-door or above, and we could barely hear each other's movements when the connecting doors were closed. The plaza where the hotel is located--Platz vor dem neuen Tor--is in a busy area but set back somewhat from the streets so you can hear some traffic only when you open the windows. But even then it's amazingly not noisy, especially for a major capital city like Berlin.
All the amenities are first-rate: the appliances, the fixtures, the air conditioning, the bathrooms were perfect. The beds and bedding were absolutely the best! Even windows opening smoothly both sideways and vertically deserve to be mentioned.
The rooms were cleaned beautifully when we requested, and linen changed whenever requested (if not requested, every three days). The cleaning staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and thorough. The same can be said for the reception staff at the desk: friendly, helpful, and accommodating in every way.
We always like to buy our groceries and eat in the neighborhood and elsewhere in town, and so we didn't use the hotel's restaurant much, except in the first couple of days. But the restaurant is certainly adequate, and the service (including room service) is efficient and pleasant. The breakfast offerings, which we sampled the day after our arrival, were certainly impressive.
Compared with other apartment hotels we've stayed in (e.g. New York and Paris), Adina Hauptbahnhof is simply the best, hands down, in every category.

I selected this hotel as a conveniently-located comfortable option in downtown Berlin, to attend the Komische Oper Berlin summer festival.
I knew from a previous visit that the transit connections at this location are numerous. The S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and bus systems are all available steps from the hotel.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
During a very hot week in Berlin, the fact that the public areas and the rooms were well-conditioned was especially appreciated.
This is not a trendy choice, but definitely comfortable.

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvien metroyhteyksien päässä kaikesta. Jos haluaa lenkkeillä tai kävellä, hotellilta pääsee suoraan kanavanrantoja pitkin kävelyteitä pitkin. Hotellin viereiset kadut ovat rauhallisia liikenteeltään, eikä hotelliin kuulu melua ulkopuolelta. Aamiainen on runsas ja henkilökunta palvelualtista ja englanninkielen taitoista. Tegelin lentoasemalta TXL-bussilla Alexanderplazille ja sieltä U2-metrolla kaksi pysäkkiä Märkisches Museumille ja ulostultua hotelli on 20 metrin päässä. Todella mahtavaa.

A nice, quiet hotel which is very conveniently located right next to a U-bahn station. The bar down stairs is pleasant and reasonably priced and the hotel is happy to upgrade you to a better room if it's available. We'd definitely go back there.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen genau getroffen. Schade war lediglich dass das Frühstück mit € 19,00/p.Pers. noch mal oben drauf gekommen ist. Wir haben uns daher entschieden ausserhalb zu frühstücken.

Walking distance to all the major points of interest, and a short walk to the main subway station. The rooms are somewhat uninspired, though well maintained. The central atrium is impressive. It is unfortunate that they feel the need to charge for WiFi internet access. It should be included in the high price.

Hotel was clean, staff extremely helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Very close to Berliner Republik, which is a great place to eat and drink great German beer.

berlin has alot to offer. 2 weeks wasn't quite enough time.
it would have been nice to have a toilet in the room but it was across from our room. but you do have a shower and sink in the room. they do have rooms with toilets but they more.
the breakfast was GREAT!! coffee, cocoa,tea,juice. cereal,rolls,lunch meats,boiled eggs. the girls in the breakfast room kept everything well stocked.

Pretty nice place. It is about a ten minute walk from the train & subway stations, so getting anywhere in the city was easy. The staff was very nice and the accommodations were suprisingly comfortable and modern for the price.

Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und liegt direkt am Potsdamer Platz. Starbucks und Vapiano direkt anliegend. Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber. Parkservice wird anbegoten und kostet 26€ pro Tag.

We had executive room type and it included Internet and continental breakfast. Given you can reserve executive room for a reasonable price; it makes good deal to stay in this hotel. The regular rooms do not include internet and breakfast that makes it expensive at the end since, the internet is 20 Euros per DEVICE connected per day and regular breakfast is 32 Euros per person.
The hotel is getting a bit old. TVs in the rooms are old big box TVs in the tv cabinet. Continental breakfast was the same during the three days we were there. It was dissent breakfast.
Rooms are big, clean and in general hotel is taken care of. Location is very good.
I would give 4.5 stars.

The hotel is very nice, however, it's not the best location. It's about a 15-minute walk to anywhere of interest.
Also, the hotel provides free internet, however, it is mindbogglingly slow; taking minutes to open the average website. Faster, better internet service is available for 15 euros a day, which you'll probably end up buying as the free access is more or less useless.

10-15 minute walk from multiple main train stations. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. Free internet in lobby. Breakfast buffet well-stocked and delicious. Room was well-sized; beds comfortable with individual down-comforters. A/C worked well. Hotel and rooms clean and comfortable.Spa/pool available for extra cost. Convenient to shopping and many authentic German restaurants, as well as American fast food (for those finicky eaters!)Great hotel. Mix of business travelers and families at hotel. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet with a mix of residential and business.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel situé à environ 5 minutes à pied du Point Charlie. Quartier dans lequel il est possible de trouver à proximité de l'hôtel de quoi se restaurer à un tarif très raisonnable (petit déjeuner ou dîner). Rue très calme et hôtel bien insonorisé. Excellent pour tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir le coeur historique de Berlin et ses nombreux musées.
