Ku' Damm 101, an unusual name for a lifestyle hotel. The affectionate name given by Berliners to the Kurfrstendamm in connection with house number 101 emphasises both the individual character of Ku' Damm 101 and its identification with the immediate neighbourhood. Business travellers and tourists with a hang towards technology and a sense for design, aesthetics and lifestyle love this superior, 3-star bed and breakfast hotel in the heart of West Berlin. 170 rooms designed in a minimalist style with either a bathroom or a shower room, some rooms provide airconditioning. A breakfast room above Berlin's rooftops, lounge bar, meeting and function rooms, wellness suite, high-speed Internet access with Wireless/LAN network, 94 garage parking spaces and all the advantages for shoppers of having the Ku Damm on the doorstep. Arrival - Stay - Departure Welcome to the Ku' Damm 101 Hotel. On entering the lobby, guests will be immediately impressed by the charm of generous spaces and cool, elegant decor, the lounge bar and the adjacent "Landscape" room. There is a link to the A111 motorway (Hamburg/Leipzig/Dresden), which is five minutes away; there are high-speed rail links (Ringbahn station: Halensee, Stadtbahn station: Charlottenburg) and the Underground (Adenauerplatz station). There are bus stops on the Kurfrstendamm (to: Messe (Exhibition Center), Tegel Airport and Potsdamer Platz).

There are four conference rooms on the 7th floor, from 23 to 130 square meters in size, and one function room (95 square meters) on the first floor to accommodate a maximum of 130 people. All conference areas have natural daylight and air-conditioning and can be set up and technically equipped to meet individual requirements. There are a further three conference suites on the first floor for up to twelve people. If required, adjoining hotel rooms can be reserved. The staff at Ku' Damm 101 has wide and varied experience in the planning and organization of events - including some more out-of-the-ordinary ones: weddings, cocktail parties and private dinners.

Excellent Berlin Boutique
If you're looking for inexpensive boutique hotel, Ku' Damm 101 is great choice. The staff was helpful, breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms and common areas are very well designed. The lobby bar is chic and inviting. Only negatives are that the internet connection in the lobby is quite slow and the keyboards/track ball were difficult to use, and some of the hallways smelled like smoke. Other than that, Ku' Damm is a classy, cool and comfortable place to stay in Berlin.

Several restaurants near the hotel or in and around Savigny Platz are excellent -- try Eiffel, Florian and Paris Bar.

War zufrieden, sehr zentral, eher teuer.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Der Presi für die Übernachtungen eher etwas hoch, dafür ist das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen und super geeignet für Städtereise, U-Bahn und Bus in unmittelbarer nähe.

Gibt eine Direktverbindung mit Bus, direkt zum Flughafen. Ist aber eine Speziallinie, dafür spart man sich das umsteigen.
