Berlin!
Nice hotel with nice pool, sauna etc. Good loaction and easy to get to the bus stop for the tour bus. Good value apart from one thing, one evening we fancied awatching a film and the download would not work so was rather frustrated, the staff didnt know the problem either! All in all good value.

The hotel is very nice, however, it's not the best location. It's about a 15-minute walk to anywhere of interest. Also, the hotel provides free internet, however, it is mindbogglingly slow; taking minutes to open the average website. Faster, better internet service is available for 15 euros a day, which you'll probably end up buying as the free access is more or less useless.

schon sehr gut
Hier passte alles, Zimmer und Service und, und, und..... Nur bei Sicherheitstufe 1 im Regierungs-viertel nervt alles was da draussen vorgeht und keiner weiss wo was erlaubt ist. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.( Besuch israelischer Minister-präsident)

Bonjour, Cette hôtel est génial de par som emplacement proche des principales attractions de la ville est d'un bus principal (N°200# mais aussi par la propreté et la qualité de leurs chambres #Grand lit, grande salle de bain avec vue sur la chambre et plusieurs tons de lumières# et aussi très propre. CEPENDANT, le personnel n'est pas agréable, plutôt mesquin et même arnaqueur! A mon arrivée avec mon épouse, l'hôtesse nous a donner une chambre pour personne avec handicap et deux fois plus petite environ que les autres en espérant qu'on ne remarque rie Après notre plainte elle nous a proposer de nous changer de cha,mmbre le lendemain matin sans dédomagement car il n y avait plus de chambre. Finalement, en insistant, il s'est avéré qu'il y'avait d'autre chambres comme nous avions reservé qui étaient disponbile, et avons pu être déplacé et n'avons reçu aucune excuse pour les onconvéniants. De plus, le service room de fonctionne pas, en effet après plusieures appel depuis la chambre, on m'informe que le mieux est queje descende moi même commandé dans leur restaurant ce qu'on m'as refusé #pratiquement on me criant dessus alors que ma demande était très courtoise# car il manquait du personneé, ensuite nous avons demandé des adresses pour se faire livrer des pizza le dernier soir ce à quoi Pestana n'as pu nous aider... #faute de compétance, aimabilité, temps, personnel?# D'autres clients se plaiganaient de cette qualité durant le séjours... ce n'est pas pour rine q'il y a souvent des offres spécial pour cet hôtel. Le restaurant par contre est génial! Mais reste un peu cher pour par rapport ax prix en ville.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinem Wellness Bereich
WIr waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Leider ist es nicht sehr zentral gelegen und von einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich Free Wi-Fi im Zimmer, was leider nur in der Lobby zur Verfügung Stand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer, sauber und ruhig.
