Ottimo hotel ed ottima posizione: la fermata della metropolitana è molto vicina ed è collegata con tutta Francoforte.
Il servizio è anch'esso molto disponibile (ho avuto problemi con il riscaldamento e la stanza mi è stata subito sostutuita).

In general, quite satisfied. Very convenient locationwise. Service is excellent however please take note on checking time.
Staff resources on reception can be improved since quite a few people had to wait for a while upon checking in or to get assistance.
Other than that, no other concern.

We were in Frankfurt for business (attending Music Messe) and pleasure (a drive down Romantic Route). The location for the hotel was great within easy reach of transport and shopping. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We did not have the breakfast offered at the hotel as you can get better deals at closeby cafes.

The Hilton Franfurt was excellent, all the "regular" hotel amenities were spot on. However, for my wife and myself, the personal assistance provided by the guest relations staff was wonderful and fantastic. My wife is 56 and I am 60 years old, the young lady on the staff, Verena, was simply wonderful. She provided us with the highest level of service. Our stay at the Hilton will always be rembered in terms of her help and concern for us.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Location is good as it is not in the seedy part of the city. room was huge as was the bathroom. Very modern.
Did not eat in the hotel as the prices were high but plenty of places to eat nearby.

The hotel is good, Clean, modern and nice staff but the dissappointment was that THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I called from the airport and they told me I had to take the train and the underground. It was easy, but with two suitcases was a bit difficult,and the hotel is about 500 meters from the station. Neighborhood was very good with several cafees,deli and restaurants.

Great location near the Zeil Shopping Centre and restaurants. It is also next to St. Paul Cathedral and Roemer- City Hall of Frankfurt.
Very convenient to get by to all the tourist places to visit. Hotel room is small but with sufficient facilites to meet traveller's need.

Мы останавливались в трехместном номере на двое суток. Номер был большой и просторный,две комнаты,большие мягкие кровати,все чистое и свежее, полотенца на следующий день поменяли,плюс убрались.Нам очень понравилось!Плюс удобное расположение, всего 5-7 минут до жд вокзала.

The Steinberger is a nice hotel, but very pricy for a simple overnight stay near the airport. The Steinberger in the city is much nicer.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, the shuttle runs every 15 mins so it is perfect if you need a place to stay if you have an overnight stay in Frankfurt.

the hotel is right next to a train line which made it very easy to catch a train to the airport. It was a total of 30 minutes and 3 euro to get there. Awesome!

Normally most of the Germany hotel will include the breakfast in their price. But it is a pity while make the reservation that hotel club did not mention if the price is not including the breakfast. Then until checked in we are noted the breakfast shall be charged additionally.

内装は新しく、快適に過ごせました。
シャワーのみでスペースが狭かったのですが、バルコニーもあり、
レセプション、朝食スタッフも親切でした。
ロビーのPCも無料で使えるのが便利です。
また次回フランクフルトに行く際は、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

雪で到着がＡＭ２時になった上、事前連絡できなかったのですが、フロントは空いており気持ちよく対応してもらえました。（ただ外から見た目は真っ暗で閉まっているかと思いました。）
駅からも近く徒歩５分程度、分かりやすい位置と看板です。
部屋も綺麗でシャワーの温度も問題なく、朝食もハムとチーズとパンでおいしかったです。
フロントにパソコンが有り、ネットの使用は無料でした。

The hotel is almost good enough.
The heating system was not good. It was so cold in the room.
The cost of internet access didnot show before connecting. Therefore, I thoght that it was free of charge. But It was billed. I didnot comlain of it because of small amount.

This was a disappointing hotel experience - staff were rude, unfriendly and did not follow through. I have stayed with NH hotels in other European cities and was expecting a high standard of service. Unfortunately I was disappointed - on two of the three days I stayed here my room was not cleaned, when I contacted staff they promised to rectify the situation immediately - two hours later no change. Disappointing and will prevent me from booking with NH in the future.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for our over night layovers. The shuttle was fast and dependable. The rooms are clean, cozy and warm. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice start to our morning of onward journeys. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good for a one night stopover. The staff was very friendly and offered excellent service.
Some suggestions: One has to call to get the shuttle to the airport. This hotel is not one of the hotels listed on the list of hotels that frequent Frankfurt airport. Also, they do not tell you that they pick you up outside Gate 7, Terminal C from the departure area.
Hotel is good for a one night stopover.

The hotel is close to the Ostbanhof metro station, so I could easily venture downtown or to the airport. Room was very clean and had a great view of the Frankfurt skyline;

Decent hotel, good deal. Located in the eastern part of town but tram 11 or subway U6 quickly take you to downtown locations. Nothing fancy but clean, good size room and bathroom. Unfortunately, no free internet access from the room. Don't know if room was air conditioned, it was not very hot in late june. Didn't try their breakfast, there's a cafe at the corner.

We could not get out on a flight that day so to come across a short walk and relax at this hotel was heaven!
I would have liked a simple buffet breakfast to be available.
Otherwise it was great!

Nice-looking but noisy & wifi robbery

For a place this expensive, they're really messing up on the details.
Noisy: hurricane level noises in the pipes when anyone nearby flushes; loud buzz that keeps going for 5 seconds when neighbors open their room, even late at night after you're asleep.
Highway robbery: Wifi is 12 Euros for the first two hours (!), metered by the minute, and then an _additional_ 15 Euros to continue the rest of the day. $40 USD per day?! If that isn't bad enough, if your laptop goes to sleep or you unplug it and take it somewhere, the clock resets and you get _more_ charges. Unbelievable. The "American breakfast" buffet is 30 Euros. Wow.
The alleged queen bed is two twins, and since you can't sleep across them (you sink in the valley in the middle) you're paying a lot for a twin bed.
One good thing: free visits to fitness club a few blocks away.
I wouldn't stay there again.

The room is small but clean and ready with everything necessary. It took me five minutes to walk to the central station (Frankfurt am Main Hauptbahnhof).

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit großen Bad, geruchsneutral trotz Raucherzimmer. Scharniere des Schrankes und der Minibar defekt. Sehr günstige Minibarpreise (Bier 2 €, Alkoholfreies 1,50 €), Im Preis des Einzelzimmers von 60€ sind Nutzung des Fitnessraumes, Sauna (nicht getestet) und Frühstück inbegriffen. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Teilweise sehr langsames W-Lan (reicht zum mail checken - mehr nicht) Die Hotelumgebung ist etwas lauter (Rotlichtviertel) - im Zimmer war es aber ganz ruhig, die Lage zum Bahnhof ist ideal (300 m).

It was a forced choice when airport was closed down due to volcanic ash. We needed a place close to Hauptbahnhof - and it is very close. At the same time it is Red Lights district with all the related things. Did not feel unsafe, but of course not the regular family ground.
Basic shower, hairdryer is not in the room, but it is readily available from the reception desk. Rooms were cleaned up regularly. Breakfast/ coffee OK, orange juice was below average. There is Starbucks on the parallel street one block away

The name and the location are the major reasons I chose it. it is only one stop away (3 min) from either the airport or the main train station.

This was my second stay at The Pure, and they were both wonderful. Why stay at the unfriendly, overpriced, impersonal airport hotel when just a quick train ride away is The Pure. Very close to the main station, it has a modern and welcoming lobby, great for hanging out with a nice glass of wine from the reception desk/bar and free wireless internet. And the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The staff was so helpful in describing the hotel's many amenities and suggesting nearby restaurants. I'll be back soon!

We are repeat customers. This is a great hotel to stay in which is close to transport and the city centre. Not only do we thoroughly recommend The Pure but we will continue to come back.

I was at the Savoy for 12 days. I found only friendly, helpful and nice staff. The restaurant is nice - the pool/sauna/masseuse were amazing.
the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location is the best in FF for walking and catching trains to anywhere. I am completely satisfied with my stay at the savoy.

The hotel is in an excellent location however this does make it noisy. If you book a room request it away from the main road and a couple of floors up. We had a room on the first floor which was noisy and drafty. We moved during the week due to noisy neighbours and had a much warmer and quieter room on the third floor. Also none of the curtains close so you have no privacy on the lower floors.
The breakfast was very expensive so I would recommend you eat out as there are loads of places in the station just over the road.
The room was clean and comfortable although the pay TV is very expensive so if you don't understand German you are stuck with CNN and Sky Sports!
We found the staff very helpful with good English and I would stay at this Hotel again.
