I was at the Savoy for 12 days. I found only friendly, helpful and nice staff. The restaurant is nice - the pool/sauna/masseuse were amazing.
the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location is the best in FF for walking and catching trains to anywhere. I am completely satisfied with my stay at the savoy.

The hotel is very ordinary. It's OK for an over night stay before a flight, but not to spend any length of time to sight see in Frankfurt. Rooms are very small. Bath room is also very small.

Мы останавливались в трехместном номере на двое суток. Номер был большой и просторный,две комнаты,большие мягкие кровати,все чистое и свежее, полотенца на следующий день поменяли,плюс убрались.Нам очень понравилось!Плюс удобное расположение, всего 5-7 минут до жд вокзала.

The rooms are so small that they have now abandoned baths in an effort to make cat swinging a possible option. A five star hotel with no baths and easy chairs so small and uncomfortable that only a child could possibly consider them useful is a misnomer. However, the facilities, staff and otherwise pleasant rooms (be sure to get a newly modernised room) would be a welcome find in any four star property.

the hotel is right next to a train line which made it very easy to catch a train to the airport. It was a total of 30 minutes and 3 euro to get there. Awesome!

Great location near the Zeil Shopping Centre and restaurants. It is also next to St. Paul Cathedral and Roemer- City Hall of Frankfurt.
Very convenient to get by to all the tourist places to visit. Hotel room is small but with sufficient facilites to meet traveller's need.

Positiv:
- Die Hotelräume sind sehr geräumig
- Das Hotel liegt zentral
- Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich
- Es ist recht günstig für das was es bietet
Negativ:
- Die Parkplätze sind nur bedingt verfügbar und können nicht reserviert werden. Das im hotelinternen Infoblatt angekündigte Parkhaus wird anscheinend nicht mehr bedient.
- Der Internetzugang war via LAN Kabel gewährleistet, jedoch verfügte nur die Lobby über WLAN. Obschon in ebendieser Lobby beim Internetcorner stand, dass das ganze Haus über WLAN verfüge und man die Zugangsdaten an der Rezeption bekäme.
- Das Frühstück war für 12 Euro uns zu teuer. Wir warfen einen kurzen Blick auf das spärliche Buffet und liessen es dann bleiben.
- Das Restaurant ist anscheinend wegen eines Wirtswechsel geschlossen...
- Die Minibar hat stattliche Preise, eine Mineralwasserflasche kostet 3,50 Euro.
- Beim Checkout sollten wir das Hotel gleich nochmals bezahlen, da im Computer nicht stand das die Zimmer bereits im voraus bezahlt worden sind. Die Rezeptionistin musste in den Blättern suchen um dies zu finden...

The hotel is good, Clean, modern and nice staff but the dissappointment was that THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I called from the airport and they told me I had to take the train and the underground. It was easy, but with two suitcases was a bit difficult,and the hotel is about 500 meters from the station. Neighborhood was very good with several cafees,deli and restaurants.

this was a stop over on our way to other location. it was close to the downtown area so one could walk. the staff made several suggestions on places to dine only a few blocks from location, as well as their dinning room. the breakfas was included ,very good selection & fresh

The Mercure Hotel and Residenz Frankfurt Messe The room was divided into separate sections, so although I was sharing with a friend, we had privacy in the sleeping area, a door that closed to the entry area, and a separate fully equipped bathroom.

Good location near the railway - walking distance, so no need for taxi to and from trains. Fairly close to Old Town so walking to sight-see is easy. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Would definitely stay there again if in Frankfurt in the future.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for our over night layovers. The shuttle was fast and dependable. The rooms are clean, cozy and warm. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice start to our morning of onward journeys. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights - the first on arriving in Frankfurt and the second on departing. Both rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and well worth the 7 euro per person. We rented a car and our Garmin GPS took us right to the door (why would anyone drive in an unfamiliar area without a GPS?) We recommend the hotel for short stays (not much to do in the immediate area) and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

As usual the Novotel delivered in all areas as expected. In choosing this hotel in Frankfurt we knew we would not have the 'location' and would either have to drive or catch the train to the CBD (10mins). No hassles with this as the hotel in nearby to the train station. The walk to the station is best done with company or in daylight as it is dark and quiet to a station only used on weekdays for workers. Staff were extremely helpful for everything requested. A great night's stay as usual.

Main attraction is right across the street from the main train station. Rooms are small, but relatively clean.Depending on room location, it could be noisy. No free internet, but free computers in lobby. Friendly staff, but housekeeping sometimes spotty. A good bargain for the location.

For those having to catch an early flight the next morning, the location is great. The staff are super helpful, but breakfast is not included and it costs a staggering 19 euro to buy one extra!

For a place this expensive, they're really messing up on the details.
Noisy: hurricane level noises in the pipes when anyone nearby flushes; loud buzz that keeps going for 5 seconds when neighbors open their room, even late at night after you're asleep.
Highway robbery: Wifi is 12 Euros for the first two hours (!), metered by the minute, and then an _additional_ 15 Euros to continue the rest of the day. $40 USD per day?! If that isn't bad enough, if your laptop goes to sleep or you unplug it and take it somewhere, the clock resets and you get _more_ charges. Unbelievable. The "American breakfast" buffet is 30 Euros. Wow.
The alleged queen bed is two twins, and since you can't sleep across them (you sink in the valley in the middle) you're paying a lot for a twin bed.
One good thing: free visits to fitness club a few blocks away.
I wouldn't stay there again.

We arrived arount 1:00pm and the staff could not
have been more courteous and helpful. Gave us directions and helped with our tour to Heidleberg.
Had dinner in the dining room and the food was very good.

We were only there for the night. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were large, modern, clean and well equipped. The hotel restaurant & bar was very good and open late. We also appreciated the private hotel parking.

This was my second stay at The Pure, and they were both wonderful. Why stay at the unfriendly, overpriced, impersonal airport hotel when just a quick train ride away is The Pure. Very close to the main station, it has a modern and welcoming lobby, great for hanging out with a nice glass of wine from the reception desk/bar and free wireless internet. And the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The staff was so helpful in describing the hotel's many amenities and suggesting nearby restaurants. I'll be back soon!

In general, quite satisfied. Very convenient locationwise. Service is excellent however please take note on checking time.
Staff resources on reception can be improved since quite a few people had to wait for a while upon checking in or to get assistance.
Other than that, no other concern.

The hotel is almost good enough.
The heating system was not good. It was so cold in the room.
The cost of internet access didnot show before connecting. Therefore, I thoght that it was free of charge. But It was billed. I didnot comlain of it because of small amount.

This was a disappointing hotel experience - staff were rude, unfriendly and did not follow through. I have stayed with NH hotels in other European cities and was expecting a high standard of service. Unfortunately I was disappointed - on two of the three days I stayed here my room was not cleaned, when I contacted staff they promised to rectify the situation immediately - two hours later no change. Disappointing and will prevent me from booking with NH in the future.

Ottimo hotel ed ottima posizione: la fermata della metropolitana è molto vicina ed è collegata con tutta Francoforte.
Il servizio è anch'esso molto disponibile (ho avuto problemi con il riscaldamento e la stanza mi è stata subito sostutuita).

a very good breakfast gets you started for the day, The main station entrance litterally at your door step. The only negative: Internet connection to costly, only one free computer available in the middle of the hotel bar.

We were in Frankfurt for business (attending Music Messe) and pleasure (a drive down Romantic Route). The location for the hotel was great within easy reach of transport and shopping. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We did not have the breakfast offered at the hotel as you can get better deals at closeby cafes.

We stayed here twice, bookending a weekend trip to the country. The first night, our room was quite small and there was a lot of noise, but it was comfortable and had A/C. (Not all rooms have A/C - common in Europe.) However, we were able to leave one large suitcase for the weekend so we didn't have to drag it on the train, and it was waiting for us in our larger, quieter room when we got back!! This hotel was also close to the underground and several historic churches, plus provided umbrellas and printed our boarding passes.

I stay there every year in business. But this year I encountered some problems with the hotel.They went to great extend to compensate me and help me with all my needs. I hope I can take my family to that hotel some day also for vacation. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
