Great Hotel
There is no longer a free shuttle from the Hotel to the airport. It will cost 40 Euro each way. and the Wi-fi in the hotel is not free. These are a few things that could be thrown in since you pay a good bit to stay there and the meals are rather expensive.

A little old, and not quite 5 star anymore, the steam room burned down and the entire place is a tiny bit worn. However, it is great place to stay after a long trip and the spa is very nice and the outdoor heated pool is spectacular. Great smoking lounge. I would stay there again.

GREAT HOTEL FOR UNEXPECTEDLY STRANDED
I was unexpectedly stranded in Frankfurt, coming after a very taxing stay in Tunisia and awaiting the next day's journey accross the Atlantic. I just needed a little bit of luxury to relax. [...]The hotel is every bit what it promises and yet some. By American standards the room was small, but absolutely great standard. It is located at the lake, very serene atmosphere, you open your window (yes! this is a hotel where you can actually open your window!) and hear birds singing. Nearby is a fantastic forest where I took a walk, very safe and also clean environment. The hotel restaurant offers modest choice of dishes, but whatever you chose is nice and tasty, made from scratch as you wait.They serve great wines (and of course German biers), and absolutely sumptuous desserts. When making arrangements for return shuttle to the airport please allow ample time for delays (mine was late by 25 minutes) and do not expect the staff to apologize or try to resolve the problem.

Excellent hotel with exceptional service
The hotel is very nice. 5 star food and service with very comfortable rooms. While the hotel could use a little updating, overall it was very clean and welcoming. I will stay here again if my travels take me to Frankfurt.

Great stay
It was a really nice end to our European stay. They have airport shuttle so save the money and have them pick you up. Excellent customer service and there to help you with whatever you may need

Hotel für ein entspanntes Wochenende
Ich hatte ein zum See gelegenes ruhiges Zimmer mit einer für ein 5 Sterne-Hotel nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Ausstattung, das aber bald renoviert werden soll und sehr sauber war. Es war mit 111,- Euro günstig; der Preis für das Frühstück von extra 36,- Euro war dagegen happig, aber gut. Excellent war dagegen der Service angefangen beim Portier, der mein Auto durch die Waschstraße und anschließend in die Hotelgarage gefahren hat, über die Rezeption, die Haustechnik bis zum Zimmerkellner. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Abschied gab es noch einen Kaffee auf Kosten des Hauses. Alles in allem ist es ein empfehlenswertes Hotel so nahe bei Frankfurt und doch außen und innen so ruhig, was wahrscheinlich auch daran lag, dass Wochenende war.

Luxueux mais un peu usé...!
L'hôtel est à environ 25 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Francfort, ce qui nécessite un déplacement en taxi. L'avantage étant que le lieu est très joli, situé dans une forêt et un petit lac, ce qui change des "hôtels-villes-béton" situés juste à côté de l'aéroport. Chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire, mais un peu vieille et usées. Une rénovation complète ne ferait pas de mal à cet établissement. Le personnel est très compétent, aimable et serviable.

Es ist immer wieder eine große
Es ist immer wieder eine große Freude dort zu sein. Von der Fahrt vom Flughafen im Mercedes-Shuttle mit nettem Fahrer zum Hotel über die professionelle Begrüßung, die geraümigen, gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Zimmer, die wirklich excellenten Drinks in gemütlichem Ambiente an der Bar, den Blick auf den Park, den Zimmerservice und das leckere Frühstück bis zum schnellen check-out ist immer wieder alles ein Genuss. Kein Allerweltshotel, sondern professioneller Service mit Stil in einem wirklich eleganten Haus.

Das Frühstück für € 24.- ist e
Das Frühstück für € 24.- ist einigermassen teuer. Es ist sehr gut und auch reichhaltig. Das Zimmer ist genügend gross. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem schönen Park mit See. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr angenehm. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
