Horrible Service

This hotel was horrible. Room was not clean, breakfast was poor and staff was not friendly. Also took multiple attempts before they credited my account with the Starpoints I should have earned. I have made over twenty trips to Frankfurt and this is by far the worst hotel I have experienced.
