Das ist Hotel ist äusserst zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Hamburg sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Im weiteren haben wir beim Einchecken die Hamburgkarte für alle öffentlichen Transportmittel erhalten, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Hotel ist komfortabel, die Zimmer sind business mässig gut und das Frühstück (Aufpreis) sehr vielfältig. Alles im allem TOP!

Superior Hotel in a Perfect Location

The Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and quite large. Parking at the connected Park Haus was easy and convenient. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant offered an excellent menu for lunch and dinner. To top it all off, the location could not be better.

Location is kinda of hidden by car, but once you find it, it's great! Parking garage is available in the building. Staff was very cordial, English speaking and very helpful. Resturants, shopping, museums, sightseeing everything all within walking distance.
We would definitly stay here again.

Truly lovely hotel ideally placed.The only thing is breakfast 26 euro eat for 4 euro at crobag 50 yards from hotel. Lovely relaxing spa wonderful staff could not have been more helpful 75yards from S bann.

I enjoyed the hotel stay. The bed was more American with full pillows and a comfortable bed. I liked this because usually I don't sleep well in European hotels with their super flat pillows. The hotel was in a good location, but you had to drive or take a bus to the city center. It wasn't really possible to walk there.

Overall very positive experience. Staff very helpful and accommodating and professional. Very clean rooms with timely cleaning and service. I highly recommend this hotel next time you visit Hamburg. Very central location and great price for what you get for your money.

Das Hotel bietet jeglichen Konfort, ist sehr modern, sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und luxuriös ausgestattet. Ein besonderer Hingucker ist das Badezimmer mit der Fensterscheibe zum Bett hin. Es gibt aber einen Sichtschutz, den man runterlassen kann. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich!
Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal, falls man die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden will. Die Reeperbahn und der Hafen sind in ca. 30 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke English.
However we had a very noisy room. You could here the traffic and sirens all night long.
The room pricy and was in a poor location, with no attractions around it. We went to Hamburg Harbour and it was a 30 minute drive.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Auch sind viele internationale Lokalitäten und ein großes Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir jkönnen das Hotel nur empfehlen.

I visited Hamburg to attend a gig and found this hotel on via the net..... what a fantastic find.!!!! The Reception staff were particularly helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, my only quibble would be that there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room.... but then again, it's something I've noticed with German Hotels.
Would most certainly stay there again.

das hotel liegt nahe einer s- und u-bahnstation und ist nur eine station vom hauptbahnhof entfernt. die 1-bettzimmer sind etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet.
als negativ ist anzumerken, dass im badezimmer die flüssige seife drei tage lang nicht nachgefüllt wurde, ansonsten alles ok.

Es war im Kommentar nicht angegeben, dass die Flugzeuge sehr niedrig übers Haus fliegen - ab morgens ca. 5:30 im 3 Minuten-Takt bis ca 7:00.
Ansonsten alles OK, die Rezeption sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mit 17 Euro p.P. war zu teuer.

Stylish hotel rooms, excellent facilities, most notably the wellness area, parts of which were accessible 24 hours round the clock during my stay. Very useful if one wants to make use of them after a long business day!

Situated on a green hill in a popular public park and naturally equipped with a 360 degree all round scenic view of Hamburgs city centre, its sights and various suburbs, the port, the rivers and much more, the historic 19th century Reservoir tower houses the new Moevenpick Hotel Hamburg. The hotel offers 226 modern en-suite rooms and suites, a restaurant and the lifestyle-bar Cave in the vaults of the old tower, separate function rooms with a view into the park are available and so is a spacious summer terrace. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning/heating, Highspeed-DSL access, flatscreen TV etc. Sauna and fitness centre are also available.The hotel is situated in immediate proximity of the fair and exhibition centre and the congress centre; three major railway stations - main station, Dammtor and Altona are all only minutes away. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Der alte Wasserturm wurde aufwendig zu einem 4 Sterne Hotel umgebaut. Mein Freund hatte Geburtstag sowohl in der Bar als auch beim Frühstück wurde er mit kleinen Überraschungen des Hotels beglückt...War richtig nett...
Dieses Hotel kann man sehr empfehlen und ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen,

Das Hotel war einfach super! Wir waren auf der Afrika Etage untergebracht und unser Zimmer war ganz im Stil von Afrika eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch und das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich.
Mit dem Tierpark vor der Tür ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende auch dank dieses Hotels.

Tolle Lage, ruhige Zimmer, Parking für 12 EUR pro Tag gleich neben Hotel, Karte für Gratisbenutzung der ÖV gleich beim Einchecken erhalten - würde ich sofort wieder besuchen!

Perfect hotel if you want to get

Perfect hotel if you want to get to the Imtech Arena for a match or a gig. Otherwise 10 minutes walk from the S-bahn and 20 minutes into the city centre. Staff helpful and friendly; clean, spacious room; fairly quiet although on a busy road.

This was a nice hotel. There was some issues with the original reservation so we got upgraded to an apartment suite..... WOW is all I can say. The hotel had everything you could want, plus the staff was nice, there was parking. Only issue is the same I have all over Europe. The bed is two seperate ones pushed together to make a couples bed. Not my favorite at all.

It occupies the top 7 floors of the Historic Levantehaus with shopping arcade, restaurant, and fitness centre. Located 10 miles/17km/25 min by car to Hamburg airport, 0.1 miles/.2km/3 min walk to Hamburg's Main Railway Station and 1.2 miles/2km/5 min by car to Hamburg's Fairground and Congress Centre.

It was a pretty good stay. Needing to rush off to Hamburg, I wanted to find a quick and nice hotel to stay at. The Park Hyatt was very close the galleria, close the main train station and a block away from our client's office. It was a perfect location.
While everything was up to Park Hyatt standards, the attitude of the staff was a bit condescending. The attitude issue wasn't deal breaker, but if I'm paying for a Park Hyatt, I'm expecting exceptional, warm and geunuine service.
When they show you the room after you check in, they said that the water on the bedstand was free, but it looked fancy fancy so we wanted to double check. After calling down, their tone was a bit condensecning like a how-silly-of-you-asking-this-question.
When we also requested late check out the check in staff also scoffed at the idea of a late check out at 4 or 5pm, saying that 2:30 would be the absolute latest.
While the above two issues are really a big deal, it irked us because after all, this is the Park Hyatt.
Overall, however, the stay was okay.

A quiet residential side street is an unassuming locale for the elegant InterContinental Hamburg. Alster Lake is just outside the door, and the city centre, main business district and Congress Centre Hamburg are an easy walk away. No way is this a 5-star hotel (as is indicated on the [...]description) Staff is helpful - if you can find them. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke from another source (presumably the smoking floor below).
