Good hotel not far from the city centre
Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable room. Free unlimited minibar (have never gotten anything like this before).

Great stay
I enjoyed the hotel stay. The bed was more American with full pillows and a comfortable bed. I liked this because usually I don't sleep well in European hotels with their super flat pillows. The hotel was in a good location, but you had to drive or take a bus to the city center. It wasn't really possible to walk there.

Everyone at the Hamburg Hotel
Everyone at the Hamburg Hotel was great. Facilities were excellent, but I thought location was not all that convenient. Having said that, there were always cabs available.

A little away from City Sites
A little away from City Sites but good bus connections(5 min walk) and trains (10-15 mins walk) from Hotel. Friendly staff, a modern hotel that does what you would expect. Expensive breakfast but no restrictions on quantity and wide choice of items available. My room had a shower, my preference would be to have the option of a bath too.

Helppo ja hyvä
Hotelli oli hyvä. Vähän jännitti kun tilattiin netin kautta. Minusta niihin hotellitietoihin pitäis lisätä semmonen kohta, että vois valita hotellin sijainnin, esim. lähellä lentokenttää, keskustassa....

Schönes sauberes Hotel, aber...
Schönes sauberes Hotel, aber leider etwas zu weit weg von der Innenstadt. Busstation ca 100 m vom Hotel, aber abends ab 22.00 Uhr 40 - 60 Minuten Wartezeit auf Bus vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel und umgekehrt.

comfortables hotel!
wir waren für einen kurzen trip, zwei nächte und drei tage nach hamburg. trotz verspätung sind wir ziemlich pünktlich angekommen. hatten anfangsschwierigkeiten den richtigen bus zu finden bzw. haltestelle zu finden. es fehlen info an welche richtung wir nehmen sollen. beim nächstens mal würden wir das taxi nehmen da relativ günstig! das frühstück war leider NICHT inbegriffen! - bei der buchung fand man kein hinweis dazu, schade...

Die Sauberkeit ein wenig verbessern
Angenehmes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Die Warteschlange beim Ein/Aus-checken war leider immer zu lange. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmerreinigung war jedoch nicht ganz optimal. Lage des Hotel für uns sehr gut.
