I visited Hamburg to attend a gig and found this hotel on via the net..... what a fantastic find.!!!! The Reception staff were particularly helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, my only quibble would be that there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room.... but then again, it's something I've noticed with German Hotels. Would most certainly stay there again.

Get off at Berliner Tor, it's just a short walk to the hotel from there.

Great value hotel
Very nice short stay at this hotel. I just wish that I had planned ahead better, because I thought it would be a 5 minute walk from the main railway station. In fact it was at least 20 minutes which on a rainy day with luggage was no fun. In fact, having checked in, I realised there is a local train from right next to the hotel to the main station (and the airport is on the same line). For one Euro, take the two minute train ride!

There is a very convenient train station next to the hotel with frequent trains to/from the main station (one euro) and the airport.

das hotel liegt nahe einer s-
das hotel liegt nahe einer s- und u-bahnstation und ist nur eine station vom hauptbahnhof entfernt. die 1-bettzimmer sind etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet. als negativ ist anzumerken, dass im badezimmer die flüssige seife drei tage lang nicht nachgefüllt wurde, ansonsten alles ok.
